Having Michael Petro come into our home and set up are new computer system was the best thing we have ever done. Michael is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. We asked him many questions and he answered them effortlessly. He saved us a considerable amount of money because we were ready to purchase the current Microsoft Office and Photoshop Elements, and instead, Michael took the time to ask us how we currently use that software and suggested that what we already have was suitable. So, he was able to bring forward our old software and files and configure them on our new computer. He also saved us from having to purchase security software because once again, he asked us who our current internet provider was, and told us that our current internet provider has computer security software that they provide for their customers. He set that up, thus another cost savings. We didn’t even know about that feature from our provider and we were not taking advantage of that on our old computer. We are very pleased. Michael turned on our new computer system and we have not missed a beat. If you have any type of computer issue or plan to upgrade to a new computer we highly recommend having Michael in as your consultant. We were certainly lucky to find him.

After dealing with multiple computer repairmen and companies, we were turned on to Mike Petro from Petro Computer Solutions by two other customers. We run a small business and heavily rely on our computers. What is great is that Mike has them all running so smoothly that we rarely have to call upon him. When we do have an issue, he is always there for us with a solution. His prices are very reasonable given the amount of time some of the resolutions take and what I find amazing about him is that he always takes the time to explain the reason why it happened and how it can be repaired before any decision is made to fix it. I recommend him highly!
