I have been a customer here for years. Sometimes for months, sometimes not for a year or two. Every time I would go into the branch a new manager was there, so I wasn’t surprised after a year of not going to find someone new. The first time I met Joe, he had stayed late to ensure I would have my rental. When I returned the I was disappointed about my charged amount & I turned into rentzilla. Joe handled me with such grace and politeness I found myself apologizing for my own attitude. I have dealt with him & his staff about 6 – 7 times after and I have been treated with an undeserved kindness and understanding. I have nothing but great experiences each time I go… remember, we as customers are able to rate them on their customer service, but imagine if they were able to rate us as customers. I would have had a negative review if so. The customer isn’t always right; but thankfully for me, Joe & his staff didn’t hold that against me. I recommend him & his whole entire team!

I can’t say enough good things about this Enterprise location, and the Branch Manager Joe Beirne!!! I arrived in a panic on Xmas eve. Someone had driven right into my legally parked car causing major damage and leaving me stranded for the holidays. My insurance agent called and spoke with Joe and then called me to tell me where to go to pick up a rental car. She said that Joe was really nice and he would take care of me. And so he did! What a lovely person and efficient operation. I know he gave us the best price possible, and he even surprised me with the exact car I drive, which made me so much more comfortable. He actually seemed as happy as I was at the surprise. He was a caring, calming and generous soul on my very very VERY bad day. I thank him profusely and have already sent several friends there for rentals!

The worst experience ever! After multiple attempts to resolve the erroneous charges made to my card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I was forced to return the rental a month early. I contacted corporate and the woman i spoke with said to me, «Go ahead and stop payment if you dont care about your license, we have your consent to charge your card without notifying you!» If you want to do business with a company like this be my guest. I have given this company serious business and will never use them again and will discourage anyone I know from doing so either. Because of their fraudulent charges i have been cornered into paying several hundred dollars in overdraft fees and late charges!

These guys stink. Unprofessional, rent defective and dirty cars. No inventory to rent. I guess they didn’t get the memo — «When you’re last, you NEED to try harder»

Have used this company about fives times and always had great service. They picked me up and dropped me at home and I find this a big plus. The staff is always friendly and they upgraded me without asking. I would definitley use them again… Good job!

They could be little more friendly. Some cars need to be tune up before the rental. Other than that it’s ok. Plus they advertise proper information, I pick you up anywhere they don’t. Plus they make sure use have 2 bills if you use a debit card.

I brought the rental car back to Enterprise today and forgot my garage door opener in the rental. When I called them to ask, (3 ½ hrs later) it seems to have vanished. Now I have to pay to have the code changed on my garage door and get new remotes. I also have to file a police report. For me to have to worry about a break-​in in my home is not acceptable. I will never use Enterprise again.
