Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with! Customer service completely nonexistent here. Very unprofessional and they don’t seem to care that their reputation is so negative. Since dealing with them I’ve spoken to at least a half dozen other people (contractors, roofers, customers) who have had similar issues with JNR.
Less than 6 month old roof leaking. Bought a completely renovated 1930’s bungalow from a builder/​flipper who used JNR to install the new roof. Called JNR repeatedly and received the same response «I’ll have someone call you back». Received this response at least a dozen times in 1 week. No one ever called me back. Called a Chimney Company who came right and and informed me that the roofers never installed lead flashing around the chimney and water was getting in. JNR doesn’t plan to take any responsibility and told me to stop calling them and hung up on me. Come to find out they never pulled permit for the roof work. JNR then informed me that the builder never asked for the flashing to be installed. I guess you get what you pay for. I dare you to find 1 positive review on this company.
