Five stars to everyone at this location starting with Eddie picking me up at home to pick up my car, to the front office completing the paper work. Communication very important in this transaction and it never faltered, multiple calls from Front Desk Agent very helpful. Again, everybody at this location very nice, no problems, no surprises

AWFUL! I returned a car here after having it close to 24 hours. They wanted to charge me for under carriage damage, that I was never told to inspect prior to renting the car. Also, I would have known if I caused this damage and I absolutely did not, I only had the car a day. Also, they pointed out a faint scratch that I never saw unless it was in direct sunlight. I’ve rented many cars in the past for weeks at a time and never had an issue. Other cars the bumpers have been all scratched up and I’ve been concerned, but they were very relaxed with their damages. I expected nothing different. The office I picked the car up from took care of the charges, but to have to be put through that was just unbelievable. I will think twice from renting a Enterprise car, but will definitely never rent from this location again.
My car was also dirty with crumbs and wrappers at pickup, but I only had it for a short time no big deal. Seems as if they didn’t inspect the car prior to having it and then wanted to put them on the next person that had it. Well, I wasn’t going to be taken advantage of. Read the previous poster, they got damage charges too.
