I cracked my phone screen in the middle of the night, and emailed icracked about repairs. Tim Joyce, who had previously repaired my wife’s phone, promptly got in touch with me via text message and arranged to come by and repair my phone where I work. He was pleasant, professional, and quick about it. My screen was cracked for less than 24 hours and my phone has worked perfectly ever since.
