Owner Mike Bangel sold or closed Get Your Fast, never contacted paid menbers about this and when contacted Mike said talk with new owners about getting a refund or training! Not a good business owner or reputable one! In other words we are out the money we paid in advance. Totally the wrong way to handle this!!! (Hope Karma catches up with him)

On Tuesday, 9÷16÷14, I brought a friend with me to one of my workout classes for a trial workout class. Nina, the trainer, specifically asked members to bring a friend to expand business and I was trying to help Nina out. Unfortunately, my friend became very ill during the workout and eventually asked for an ambulance. The trainer, Nina, said not to call one and said for us to leave and that my friend would be fine. Nina kept trying to push us out the door while my friend was sick. My friend was having trouble breathing and kept asking me to call for help, so I called 911 even though Nina was telling me my friend was fine. When I asked Nina for the address for the ambulance Nina would not give me the correct address to tell 911, causing a delay in emergency response and unnecessary distress. After the incident, Nina told me not to come back because I am «not to interfere with her orders as a trainer» and her orders were to «not call an ambulance» because she said she «knew what was going on». Nina thinks she is a doctor? My friend’s doctors in the ER did not know what was going on and state she needed medical treatment AND neither me nor my friend ever blamed them for her feeling ill. So we are baffled at their paranoia around calling 911. I do not see any certifications in the business so I am guessing they are not certified trainers and we were not asked to sign a waiver. I also wonder if they are insured properly?
ANYWAY — I used to bring my child there for workouts. What if my child became ill? would they blow it off? Scary! One of my kids has asthma and we need sensible coaches that don’t play games with health issues. I do not recommend this place because of their odd behavior and afterwards they lied about it, blamed me for being «inappropriate» for calling 911. I would not trust them with my child or with my health. In my opinion they fly by the seat of their pants and are BAD PEOPLE.
