Expensive and ripped me off! I prepaid and she said I didn’t and made me pay again or I couldn’t get my dress! I only went to support local shops! Never again! DONT GO HERE! That’s all, now I need some sushi to make it all better grrrrr or there’s a nice beverage place too lol but seriously paid twice I’m pissed!

This is also known as Evergreen Dry Cleaners, I have been using this Dry Cleaners for over 2 years and in that time it has changed owners. Since the new owners have taken over, they have gotten much slower, but that I could deal with. I recently brought a Santa suit there for dry cleaning, and I indicated that it needed to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up all of the white lining was pink, when I questioned the woman, who I assume is the owner, she said that it wasn’t bad and offered me a $ 5 discount. I protested further and got nowhere.
I went back to pick up the last load of clothes that I had dropped off there to be cleaned and informed the same woman that I would no longer be doing business with them, she questioned me as to why. When I said that I now have to spend $ 100 to replace the suit and they only gave me $ 5 discount, she tried to tell me again that it was fine, and that she would call the person who cleaned the suit and find out what he did to it. I told her that I did not care what he did, what I cared about was that I had to pay $ 100 to replace the suit and she only was willing to give me $ 5 discount. She insisted that it was only a little pink and it was fine.
I could have washed the suit myself and gotten the same result.
