Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne Area

stayed here for the Spartan race in April. very clean, nice staff, nice rooms. great free breakfast. convenient to highway. would stay here again if in the area.

I’m not sure what most people think of a Holiday Inn much less a Holiday Inn Express. I travel very often for business and beefed up here. The staff is very professional and incredibly pleasant. This is the first time I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express and it was clean and quiet. I’m not sure what else you would expect from this level of lodging. It certainly met my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this location again; moreover is be more apt to try a Holiday Inn Express elsewhere because of my stay here.

Sometimes when we left the room, the room was not dusted or cleaned to our satisfaction. Could hardly use the pool due to swimming lessons with the small children and this went on at least 3 times a week at least 4 or 5 hours a day. When we first arrived the pool was under construction and we couldn’t use the pool. This was the main reason we booked the Holiday Inn in Haskell, New Jersey.
. When you are staying in a hotel for so many days 10 to 12 or longer, the food should be changed so that we are not eating the same food for the 10 to 12 days. The staff behind the reservation desk were excellent. Carol, Rebecca, Cara, Melissa were outstanding.

Stayed at this location on several occasions and couldn’t of been more amazed how courteous and friendly the staff has been. Thank you

My husband and I were on the road on the night of the December 26 blizzard trying to get from NJ back home to CT. The waitress at a diner nearby recommended we try to get a room at this Holiday Inn Express. We made it there and found that there were no room available. The staff was so WONDERFUL. They implored us not to drive on, but to take refuge, so to speak in their lobby and avail ourselves of the coffee and snacks. This was around 9pm. As the night and early morning wore on, they gave refuge to about 10 other people. Brought us pillows and blankets. In the morning, we could eat from the buffet and staff helped shovel out our cars. So, while we never got to see their rooms, I can only give 5 stars plus to this wonderful staff and their policy) that truly understands the meaning of the word hospitality especially during the Christmas season. We cannot thank you enough for probably saving our lives!
