I decided to post an update after my first review to clarify something about the prices of the wigs here, what I was told is that the majority of what was sold are synthetic wigs. The prices therefore are outrageous. Go onto
type in lace wig and see if you can find a wig over $ 50.00 of the same or better quality.
Worst still is that many people whom are older or suffering from cancer would likely pop into this store and pay 3x the price.
Also I did not receive kind customer service. At all.

My grandmother asked if I’d come with her to the wig outlet which is close to her house. Her hair was getting thinner and thinner so she felt it was time she try and see if a nice wig would do the trick. We were both pleasantly surprised with how much it did. The Wig Outlet had a vast variety if styles and colors for her to go through which made it actually a really fun time to see which we liked the best. We got to work with Erica the owner who was truly incredible and made my grandmother feel so comfortable and happy with her new look. It really did the trick and have her that confidence boost she needed. Wigs you can find, but great service isn’t everywhere. Thank you wig outlet!

Stopped by on my visit to NY for the holidays. Was greeted by the owner and made to feel at home. Ended up buying 3 wigs. Was shown color swatches, different styles, catalogs if I wanted something different that wasn’t on display. It is a small shop but has many samples. My order came in quickly. They do cancer patient orders, which is a great thing. Give them a try. If you ask for it they will do their best to get it for you. Thanks Wig Outlet. I now feel like a kid again with my new color wigs.
