Coldstones all have good, but expensive ice cream. For these price I expect a pleasant experience. I remember when they first came to the area and used to sing for the tips, not surprisingly there were only permitted in the tip jar here. The service here is horrible. We were the only customers on the building and still waited a few minutes before the guy came over and expressed how poor out he was by having to help us, he was really just rude. I think the service industry is not a good fit. He also gave my child a cup with the entire exterior covered in ice cream, did not mix in there toppings, and had to call for help to work the register. We will go somewhere else for ice cream next time.
