I purchased a livingsocial deal for this service, since it sounded like a perfect way for me to score some points with my wife… unfortunately all I bought was a load of frustration. The website directs you to make an appointment by offering 5 dates that will be convenient (not the most customer friendly approach, but I was undeterred…) the site states that your appointment will be confirmed within 24 – 48 hours. 60 hours later I had still not heard from them, so I called the numbers provided on the website. A full week later, I still have never received so much as an email acknowledging my concerns or explaining what was going on, I have both emails the company and left numerous voicemail messages. I now have requested a refund from livingsocial. Don’t aggravate yourself by dealing with this company, while the idea is great, it is poorly run, gives no consideration to the experience of its customers, and cannot follow through on its commitments.
