I hired this law firm and it was the biggest mistake that I could have made. They were terrible. They worked very diligently to get my retainer and once they received that, the service was terrible. Appointments where I was waiting for more than an hour, phone calls that weren’t returned. Manny is terrible and was not honest with me from the beginning. I am giving advice to anyone that is considering using them to find another firm.
There is a very factory mentality with their firm, they try to sign up as many cases as they can when you are already into the case, they can be very cavalier about getting back to you or service you with common decency. Do yourself a favor and look for another law firm. I unfortunately learned after I hired them that there were other clients out there with the same experience. STAY away from this firm.
This law firm was a very big mistake of mine and I had almost hired another firm and wish that I did.
