Beware! While this company does offer decent merchant services for credit cards fees, if you decide to go elsewhere they are very difficult to deal with. I returned their credit card machine as instructed after 4 years with them (after they charged me $ 795 for it when I called to cancel) and then they said they would charge $ 100 restocking fee. This is something that was leased to my company. It’s very sneaky to set up a fee for returning the leased item — especially when they don’t tell you this stuff up front. And that is the biggest problem I have with them. The contract the sales person hands you does not go over the fees they will charge you if you leave them. There are automatic renewals, etc. that the sales person doesn’t tell you. It’s deceitful and unethical.
