This is probably one of the worst places in Hartford. The inside is basically a homeless shelter with people sitting around and loitering, harassing people inside for change, doing drugs in the bathroom, just a total disaster. The staff is also clueless and some of them work very slow. They need to seriously clean up what is going on inside as it is very un inviting and scary to go into when you have people constantly harassing you and making a scene. Go on YouTube and check out the fights that break out at this location between the bums. Hopefully Burger King steps up the security.

This location needs more staff to handle the lunch «rush». I feel bad for the employees. There is always a long line and people state getting impatient to order and then impatient waiting for their food.

This is the dirtiest BK I’ve ever been to. They always have the «floor is wet» sign up but the floor is never clean. People walk in during rainstorms and snowstorms and cover the floor with water. Frequented by locals and «interesting» people. The employees are nice and always smile at me. I go to this location for only two reasons: it’s close to wear I live and I had a coupon book with steep discounts.
