when you go there, ask for the Fiona Special. They will take you to a VIP room and you can get a lap dance for 30 $ and they also have a few fluffers who give amazing fellatio. this is not in view of the other patrons. it is a family rest with push up breasts, but if your pockets are deep, they’ll welcome you into the back room of pleasure.

I used to like the fun environment at Tilted Kilt until I worked there and started realizing how bad the place has gotten. The service is usually half okay, the food doesn’t have much flavor and to top it all off, the managers in there are very rude and childish. I’m just warning y’all, I would think twice before eating here if I were you.

I don’t live in the area, but I’ve visited a few times. If you are looking for a sports pub, in a casual setting with reasonable sports type food, then this is the place. This is not«haute cuisine» but it’s a fun place to relax, chat with the pretty servers and have a beer or two. I really enjoy the special attention I receive from one of the kilted ladies

Horrible food. Great skirts. The burger: Frozen Patty made of very low grade meat. Over cooked to the point I could have played hockey with the thing. Really it is very over priced and the food is bad. I can only figure that all the horny 20 somethings go here to see short skirts.

Tilted kilt is interesting, for most people it’ll seem like a spin on hooters but the girls are a bit more reserved. I figured my girlfriend would hate it, however she loves it regardless of it being geared towards men. She really enjoys the food there and likes the sports bar type atmosphere. Both of us always get the chicken wrap, I get it in spinach, she gets the normal I think wheat wrap. They have several sauces for these wraps and can be tossed inside your wrap or simply have it on the side. One of their signature sauces is simply sweet chili sauce so that was kind of funny and kind of annoying lol. Just be honest. Fries are good, that’s important! My only gripe is sometimes you get a waitress who just seems spaced out. Most of the time your service is good though, and the portions are a little small. Overall I’m happy with tilted kilt and so has been everyone else that I’ve brought there.

This is for the service. Not the food. The hostess screwed up my order twice. First, she brought a chicken dish instead of the black bean veggie wrap I had ordered. Then, she didn’t bring garlic fries with my veggie wrap. And, there was a piece of chicken in the fries. I’m a vegetarian! Hope other tilted kilt girls are better. Our hostess seemed to be lost and absent minded. It was karaōke night there, and that seemed like pretty fun.

Eh, mostly young college girls working in tiny plaid skirts and tied-up button down shirts(think very À la Britney Spears in the 90s). It’s connected to the mall so we stopped in for an early lunch before the mall was open without knowing it was a bit awkward being with my parents-in-law, husband, and two babies. Not much clothes on the waitresses but weirdly enough the(female) manager was wearing a restaurant-logo tshirt and jeans. Lucky she dodged the sexist uniform. Food is too mediocre for us to hang out with the sad underdressed waitresses.

We ate here for another late lunch/early supper during the week. The place only had about 6 other groups in there eating so it was a little quite for the TK. This is the 2nd time eating here at Harrisonburg’s TK, we found it last year while on vacation! We eat occasionally at the one near our place in MD. Nice waitress, kept our tea’s filled. Boneless wings were great! Alway’s liked watching the TV’s. My husband likes the place and so do I and the girls outfits aren’t that bad. Just as long as they do a good job waiting on us then I don’t care. GREAT Wings!

I used to work at Tilted Kilt when it first opened. The good there was amazing and I was always recommending it to people I met not just because I worked there. I’ve visited a couple of times since I quit there and each time the food was cold/flavorless and took forever. The managers are not all on the same page about things which makes for a chaotic experience. Not impressed with the kilt anymore sadly.

The Kilt is a great saloon. If you want to kick back and drink a few beers it is hard to beat.

Stopped by over the holiday weekend on my way through VA after visiting relatives. Lunch time on a Sunday so people were just starting to show up. I sat at the bar and had great service from the very pleasant bartender Megan. Megan filled me in a little about the history(newly opened) of the place. This is the fourth TK I’ve been to and this is a smaller, more intimate version of what I’m used to. The tables on the outside patio looked to be a nice place to dine, in the right weather. My only disappointment was with the Garlic Chicken flatbread pizza that I ordered. This is something I order regularly at my local TK in PA. Overall this one was just OK as the crust was kind of dried out somehow. I’m no chef so not sure if too much time in the oven or something lacking in the preparation. The other customers at the bar were a pleasant bunch, all seemingly new to this restaurant. I will definitely stop by when in the neighborhood for lunch or dinner in the future.

The ambiance was extremely loud and reminded me of the sound level of a hard rock concert. My ears still hurt after almost 24 hours after visiting. We noticed there were no sound barriers in place. There must of been a hundred televisions in the bar. The ambiance that emitted from the diners were definitely that of a bunch of civilized drunks, yelling and screaming. Being on a date was challenging as there was no way to have any kind of intelligent conversation. To communicate screaming and yelling was involved. The wait staff were all young females scantly claded in very mini«kilts»…so mini you could visibly see underwear, plaid bra tops with tight white shrugs. It was obviously an uninspired adaptation of the«Hooters» experience. It was honestly one step away from a strip club. The restaurant itself seemed clean and well up-kept, but offered little inspiring decorations other than the sports channels plastered over the walls. The tables had no place matss, set only with a condiment holder, silverware, and napkins. After being sat right next to the front door and hostess station it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drink and dinner order. During our dining experience not one waitress or manager introduced themselves nor greeted us with a friendly gesture. Once we ordered our drink and food, it took another 10 minutes for one of us to receive our soft drink and an additional 20 minutes for the draft on-tap beer to arrive at our table. The Tilted Kilt does not offer any complimentary bread, chips, or other signature snack while diners wait for their food. The waitress did not offer any recommendations and knew little about the food selections. They did have a broad knowledge of the alcohol selections available and did offer drink recommendations. After a little bit over 45 minutes of waiting for food, our waitress returns for the second time to our table, our drinks were delivered by two other waitresses, we were informed that the kitchen was backed up and that it was taking almost 2 hours for food to come out of the kitchen. We had order a Philly cheese steak sandwich with french fries and the Gaelic Chicken listed as their signature dish and notably one of the only two remotely Celtic, Irish, dishes available on the menu. Our meals did arrive after almost an hour of wait time. The Philly steak sandwich seemed to be prepared appropriately and was an average dish, nothing notable or exciting. The portion seemed average. The Gaelic chicken, the signature dish of the Tilted Kilt was delivered cold. The Gaelic Chicken is offer on either Noodles or Garlic mashed potatoes. I order the mashed potatoes. instead I got the Italian noodles. I accepted the noodle substitution reluctantly, no apology was given, the waitress simply walked away. The sauce on the Gaelic Chicken had little flavor, which left the whole noodle portion of the meal dull and lifeless. The chicken was even less pleasing. After attempting to cut the chicken with my butter knife, I requested a sharp knife to eat my chicken. A manager over heard immediately went to the kitchen and deliver a steak knife without asking why. The chicken was grilled so long it looked like it was deep fried. The meat on the skinless breast was cooked so long it had blistered and bubbled and created a hard impenetrable crust on the chicken that even the steak knife had problems cutting. The chicken was uneatable. A second manager stopped by and asked how our meals where. The manager seemed offended that we were disappointed with not only how long the meal took to be prepared but how unsatisfied the meal was. We were given a rude and unprofessional vocal tone and was informed that a correction to the meal. refire or comped. was not an option. I informed the manager that was fine and said it didn’t matter since this was probably our first and last time here. The manager felt that was a satisfactory resolution the inferior dinner experience we had had. I was floored that the managers did not want to fix the issues of the dining experience and to keep potential future customers returning to the establishment. On a side note, the owner of the restaurant was in attendance on this Saturday night. During the dinner service, the owners where out on the patio counting the till out in the open. So it is obvious that even the owner of this restaurant is not interested in the service provided. I will say that if you are out on the town and want a good place to get drunk, say for a bachelor’s party or a college rowdy party, this is an excellent place to visit. Let the drinks flow just don’t eat the food. I would never recommend any minor child of any age to come to this restaurant, unlike Hooters, this is truly an adult drinking environment and frankly the decibel level of the restaurant will damage your ear drums. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment any time soon.

Went to the Tilted Kilt for lunch today. I ordered the«world famous» chili and the wife ordered the Irish Dip sandwich. The chili was dry and chewy. My wife said her sandwich was pretty good but the fries were nothing special. The girls are nice to look at and the service is real good. We will go back for the fish and chips or the shepherds pie and a Guinness.

I visited the Tilted Kilt today on my lunch hour. I ordered my lunch at 12:30PM and at 1:13PM my waitress asked me if I enjoyed my food. She had no idea that I hadn’t even rec’d my food yet. Not a surprise since that was the first time she stopped by my table after taking my order and giving me water. I told her that if the food wasn’t ready that I needed to leave because I had to get back to work. She left to find out if my food was ready. She never came back, I left at 1:30 with out ever getting a meal. I told the manager I had to leave and to let my waitress know not to bother with my meal and she excused the mishap because it is only their 4th day being open. Grade: Super Lame
