This is a HORRIBLE company. I would strongly discourage EVER dealing with them. They use a company out of state to deal with all of their tech support, and will NEVER call you back. If you want a model of BAD, HORRIBLE service while you throw money down the drain for an ISP that only works sometimes, then this is the company for you. Whoever the owner Alex is ought to be ashamed of themselves for the way they make false claims and rip people off. STAY AWAY.
