I have bought several pieces of furniture at this store and have found for the most part that the furniture upholds, the pricing is fair, and the selection available is broad. However, the store needs to take more responsibility on owning issues. For example, I recently purchased a platform bed that the wood support broke within a couple of months. I have been chasing the owner with daily calls to come fix the bed as I emphasized the importance of purchasing a strong bed several times at the time of purchase. Again, I like this store but the customer service needs to be improved.
