Do NOT rent an apartment from this management company. The entire process from beginning to end has been outrageous and highly unprofessional.
It is now 67 days past the date I have moved out and I have YET to receive my security deposit. I have written confirmation that I am in fact receiving this (no damage, on time payments, etc), yet there there have been multiple «setbacks». At first, they had their own records wrong. Then, they «never received the check from the bank».
Unfortunately, I will have to file a small claims court case to get the $ 1150 that was MINE to begin with. How disgusting.
