Overall service desk crew has no knowledge of the process to exchange tvs bought through layaway. Took four cashiers to get through the exchange for a TV bought less than 30 days ago. The stockman kyle helped me get the new TV from the back and load it in my car is only competent employee with good customer service mentality

I love knart but place seems draggy and needs a major touch up employees are very unprofessional and really wouldnt hurt to mop the floors from time to time. I saw two employees playing tag or some sort mind you im a teenager and even i found that immature. The cashiers most of them are bitches and dont think their shit stinks.
