The pies are great. Usually a place that claims award winning food does not holdup when you try it. Not true here, the best pie I have had in at least 10 years. May not last, there was a for sale sign in the window.

Stopped in on our way through town. Great coffee. Loved the fried pickles. Chicken tender sandwich was delicious. Enjoyed the banana cream pie. Service was slow but our server was very busy so understandable. We could see that she was working as fast as she could. Only reason it didn’t get more stars is the greasy smell that permeates the air. We almost left after walking in and smelling it. I’m glad we stayed as the food was very good, however, my hair and clothes smelled of grease for the rest of the day.

Are here for lunch after seeing the mystery cave and on the way to niagra cave. We had a group of six. The first I noticed was that they had kid menus. We had just sat down at «On the Crunchy Side» and they had no kid menus. So that was good. We all ordered different foods. It all came out good. I liked the beer battered fries so you may want to give them a try. They have homemade pies and(homemade?) ice cream. We passed on he pies but got some ice cream flavor a that were not the norm and very good. Overall I thought it was a decent place to eat. If I’m back out here I’d probably stop by again.

I went here for breakfast on 7−11−15 with my dad and two sons. My oldest son got a ham and cheese omelet, my youngest son got pancakes, my dad got eggs hash browns and sausage, and I got eggs Benedict. First off, the food was very pretty. The pancakes looked perfect, the omelet had a lot of color and didn’t look plain like many do. Now let me talk about the eggs Benedict. They are on sour dough instead of English muffin. It was pretty but honestly I wasn’t looking forward to it. It was excellent. I can say that was the BEST eggs Benedict I have ever had. It is a shame this place is up for sale, I will return just because it was so good! Also I need to try their pie.

Stopped in to get a burger for a friend. Decided to have a slice of pie while we waited. I had rhubarb cherry, friend had cheesecake with raspberry and another friend had a scoop of ice cream. People, if this is the best pie you have ever had you need to get in touch with me. I bake pies for farmers market and I wouldn’t have sold pies that looked like these. We eat with our eyes first and many of these looked terrible. The crust was only so-so. Yes it was homemade, but it tasted like a crisco crust. Lard or nothing! Makes it flaky and it gives it a nice mild flavor. Cheesecake. I know that in the midwest, some places/people think that cream cheese and sugar beaten and poured into a crust is cheesecake. I call that cheese dessert. Cheesecake should be baked. Long story short. Burger ok, pie and cheesecake m’eh. For almost $ 5 a slice in a small town café, I would expect better. PS, I mean it about that pie. Mine kicks butt! ;)

Someone needs to be the cook. Hands down the worst breakfast ever. Soggy toast over cooked bacon and basted eggs hard yet crisp and grill black on the bottom. This took 25 minutes and even had to ask for a refill. Didn’t eat it. Paid the $ 11.22 check. Left no tip. Some one was having a bad morning.

Had lunch here today and I can agree with parts of the previous reviews, yes the prices are a touch high, and yes the Philly steak and cheese is not a proper Philly, but that’s it. We found the food to be quite exceptional, the Ruben was awesome, and I had the Philly which was filled with awesome large chunks of beef and the veggies looked and tasted fresh to me and this was not even the best part of lunch. You really need to try the pies! We had peach pie, black berry rhubarb, and caramel apple crumble and oh my god, I really do not think I have encountered better pie anywhere, it was simply amazing. We are very glad we stopped here and would gladly stop again if we find ourselves in the Harmony area.

I had higher hopes for a restaurant that was ¾ full at 2pm on a Saturday. Figured I couldn’t go wrong with the daily special, Philly Steak & Cheese. Let’s say if the folks in Philadelphia got wind of this sandwich, there’d be quite a shortage of brotherly love! Chopped beef piled on top of what tasted like a day old ciabatta roll, CANNED sliced mushrooms and nearly raw chopped green peppers, tossed with some very tasteless sauteed onions, don’t forget the two slices of cheese that formed the foundation of this ill fated sandwich option. No complaints with the service and they were slightly redeemed that the pizza wasn’t half bad. I’m happy the Hawaiian pizza was large enough to share.
