AVOID this UPS store. The woman who works here would not let me leave packages that were prepaid because she didn’t know if they were hazmat compliant. WHAT A JOKE! I was mailing empty spray bottles. No liquid, just plastic. This woman was incredibly rude. I walked in, set my packages down and stated to walk out to grab another box, and she starts yelling at me from across the store. «ma’am, ma’am, YOU CAN’T LEAVE THOSE THERE!!» «Alright, where should I set them?» *standing in front of me, still yelling* «YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT IS IN THEM, OR I CAN’T ACCEPT THEM» «they are plastic bottles» «YOU CAN NOT SHIP THOSE UPS, YOU NEED TO LEAVE!»
I have never been treated so poorly by any UPS store anywhere. I am a small business owner and ship UPS almost daily. This store is very poorly run, by rude people. Go ANYWHERE else!
