My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day, she sent me a picture of what it should look like I sent her a picture of what I received. It was missing more than half the flowers. It looked nice and I would have been happy but I noticed all the flowers had some brown around the edges. I thought maybe it was suppose to look this way but by yesterday, Wednesday the white roses were brown. Shouldn’t a $ 100 arrangement last 4 days? When I called the owner told me they are only guaranteed for 24 hours. So before you buy from them keep that in mind, they only guarantee there flowers for 1 day, HEB guarantees their flowers for a week or more!!! I wish I could post pictures but I will on Facebook!

THIEFS!!! These people are THIEFS!!! I called in an order to be delivered on 3÷29÷16 and asked if I could mail them TWO balloons to go along with the order. The«lady» I spoke with agreed but she was going to charge me EIGHT dollars(which I thought was oddly high). I checked my cc statement this am to notice that she charged me SIXTEEN+ dollars, FORTWOBALLOONS! When I called to dispute the charge she said«I meant each» EACH! I hope it was worth the business, because I will NEVER call this THIEVING place again!

My husband has sent flowers from here several times. Every time there has been some part of the arrangement that is not fresh. Most recently I received a basket with some nice carnations and three roses. The outer petals on the roses were already turning brown when they arrived. I thought maybe they’d open up a bit over night if I removed the outer petals– no, didn’t happen. I would not recommend this florist. They need to get it right the first time.

These ladies did my flowers for my wedding last week and did a great job. Only one thing, two of my bridesmaid flowers had maroon ribbons instead of red but they quickly corrected the error and ultimately did a wonderful job. Thanks ladies for helping to make my wedding a success!
