I have been a patient of this Hospital for a long time now, but this new receptionist is not user friendly in any way. I understand she is a senior or soon to be, but why have a job that require to interact with people when she does not have the peoples skills. Find a new work environment, file paper works or remove staples or something, but having an angry face and talking with a lack of respect is not going to get you anywhere. You are the first person patients come and see, so believe me when I tell you, you either drive them out or ease their transition to their doctors visit. Be kind and nice to people, and they will remember you. I will soon have another visit to see my doctor, I will follow up on this review.
