Ever since this location first opened, I’ve been a customer here. Depending on who’s making your sandwich, they are usually good. Today I ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich, done deluxe. In complete honesty, deluxe really isn’t that much. The girl who made my sandwich today was super friendly but when I asked for extra olives, she grabbed just a few pieces. I could literally count how many pieces she put extra. I don’t ask for many vegetables or condiments on my sandwich, so if I request extra you’d think I’d actually get extra. I had to ask for extra peppers and olives three times. Simply ridiculous! Otherwise, this location is pretty good. My sandwiches have been done better then today. The cookies are always baked fresh and I know before they used to give a card and stamp for each 6 inches purchase. Not sure if they still do that?.

Everything is great except for vicky every time i come here and get vicky she has an attitude. The first time i dealt with her she tried charging me for 7 sandwiches and i ordered 6 but she gave me 5 so when i showed her the receipt she said no your wrong i charged you for 6 and gave you 6WTFREALLY so after counting it out to her and showing her my bag she ended up giving me money for two sandwiches back and gave me the missing one. Dope she cant count or read apparently. The second time i she says mayo i said no mayo just mustard im allergic so she puts mayo and mustard i said excuse me i just said im allergic to mayo so she says oh and while rolling her eyes scrapes it off with her gloves. I said im not taking that theirs still mayo on it she tells me no, OMFG so i just left. Today i go in and everything’s ok and then they pass the sandwich to her SMH i ask for olives she scrapes the last of the olives out and theirs like literally 4 i said do you have any more she said no. Ok then while paying for my sandwich 10 seconds after asking for olives she turns around grabs a dish of olives and replaces the old one. Really vicky stop being so lazy an incompetent. And who ever manages here should really check her out woulda givin a 5 but its all vickys fault

I just ordered a roast beef sandwich with guacamole… The guacamole was the worst I’ve ever experienced… So outrageously spicy/fiery that it just ruined the sandwich. I’ve also left a voicemail for corporate… Three of us ordered the same thing… Took it home to eat and I threw mine in trash. The other 2 people complained it was just too spicy as well.

The lady who runs this place is great. She keeps the place very clean and takes her time with customers. I am happy this Subway is so close to my house.

I only come to this location because i’m a card holder. Buy any sandwich footlog and get my card stamped. After 12 stamps get a footlong sub FREE. This is the only location that i know of that has the card offer.

I’ve been frequenting this specific Subway location for about three years. And when i say frequenting, I mean – FREQUENTING. I’m the mayor of it on Foursquare – and have been for years — if that gives you some idea of how often I visit. This Subway is clean and has excellent service. Most of the workers – alright, Subway, I’ll call them«sandwich artists» like you insist – are fast and good at what they do. The employees always greet you upon entering and thank you when you’re leaving. There are one or two employees I’m not a fan of, I try to put myself in a place in line where I can avoid them though. But the majority of the«artists» are good sandwich makers… I like my sandwich to be stacked in an orderly fashion — there’s something very unsatisfying and unpleasant about sloppy sandwiches — and at this location they do a good job of making photo worthy sandwiches. This place gets really busy during the lunch hours, but the employees handle the rush like pros. Total plus: frequency stamp card… buy 12 sandwiches, get the next one for free. I’ve probably gone through about 10 of these. After 3 years of ordering the same sandwich(veggie patty on flatbread with avocado, spinach, tomato, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, oil and vinegar), I’m still extremely happy with the quality, the employees, and the location. I love my local Subway.

I had a pleasant experience at Subway. The staff were very helpful and I got my sandwich made fresh and the way I like it. PERKS: Its right across from the hospital and if I had to choose between hospital food and subway… I’d say let’s eat fresh. The lines are short and not crowded.

Super staff? I work across the street and have gone here over three years, so let me speak from experience. The staff is rude. I hardly ever get a friendly smile, and im a regular. There is a lot of spanish being spoken, sometimes as im ordering, between employees. Its rude to someone like me who doesnt speak the language to not even know why im being interupted as I order. Other then that, they keep the fans on high and it’s freezing in there. Not horrible, but I now spend the extra three minutes to drive up Sepulveda to an actually nice staff.

I love me some subway sandwiches because they are friendly on my wallet and on my physique. That being said, this review is strictly for the service at this location. I always leave here a little bit frustrated. They forget to pack my jalapenos that I asked for on the side, they drowned my sandwich in sauce, they skimp on the veggies, the bread’s near burnt… there’s always that 5% that the staff is not fulfilling. I don’t experience this at other subway locations. The staff here has just not been up to par with the other branches that I’ve visited. Today, I was helped my an employee that appeared to be in training. I ask for italian bread and she grabs a cheese-studded loaf. I ask her to toast my sandwich and she asks me what toppings I want. I stare at my untoasted sandwich wondering if she’s planning on toasting the whole sha-bang, toppings and all. So I ask that she toasts it before placing the toppings and she gives me this exasperated sigh. I ask for more onions and she grabs the pickles. I ask for spinach and she goes for the cucumbers and stops herself. She did this multiple times in fact. I ask for red wine vinegar, and she turns around to grab the red wine vinegrette bottle and splashes it on my sandwich without hesitation, completely ignoring the vinegar bottle that I was pointing at. At first, I cannot understand why this girl is so horrible at taking directions. Then it dawns on me that of course… if incompetent staff are training new employees, the result can only be equally incompetent staff. Next time I want a subway sandwich, I think I’ll make the effort to NOT come to this location.

This Subway handles crowds pretty efficiently, although there was an instance where the lady put mustard on my sandwich when I clearly said«Oil only». It’s only really a time inconvenience, but that’s never happened at other Subways. It’s an okay Subway and maybe worth it because of the stamp cards they have, but other than that, I’d recommend another Subway.

I like this location because the crew is good at making the sandwiches. Sometimes you go to a subway and they kind put half effort into what their doing(come on, put some more onions on that and don’t I get at least 8 meatballs!). Anyway, this location is clean and they do a good job. Not much else to say.
