The woman at the drive thru window couldn’t get our order right. I said what I wanted at the speaker, the confirmation on the screen was cleared away before I was asked to confirm it, I was only presented with half of my order at the window, and then had to repeat the missing items twice before they handed those over. Then, after getting he food home, the one burger that we ordered with no tomatoes(repeated it at least twice) still had tomatoes!!! The extra money were paying for this higher minimum wage is going to waste on Carl’s Jr. Get your act together on the drive thru orders. We can’t easily come back for you to make it right like those who dine in.

It took a LONG time to get my wrap and onion rings. But the Carla Jr guy did tell me that they would be 7 minutes to get my food to me. So that was a nice touch. I don’t know why I went… I will not go back. It’s just not very tasty

This location is okay. Their burgers and menu items are the same as any other Carl’s Junior location. The service here was a bit slower than most Carl’s Locations and when we got up to the window, the cashier mistook our order for the car behind us. Upon paying for our meals, it took another 15 minutes to receive our order and drinks. Staff seemed busy and overwhelmed. The food was okay and drinks were alright. I don’t usually eat Carl’s Jr. But the next time I do I probably will skip this location and go to another Carl’s Jr. location instead.

We were hungry and this was on our way to the freeway. The restaurant workers were nice and place clean but food just so so… The teriyaki turkey burger was too strong and too saucy and I didn’t know they would put mayo with it. I had to take the top bun off to avoid all the mayo. The sweet potato fries were not too bad though.

Took a break from Mulligans down the street to get what we thought was better food and drink than what was offered at mulligans. Soft drinks tasted funny an employee was alerted and said they will check the tanks on the fountain drinks in the back. Nothing ever happened. We asked and they checked the cherry coke still tasted bad even after changing something in the back. Fries were cold. Seemed like this location lacks customer service. Very disappointed for a Carl’s Jr. Lunch!

It took 30 minutes to get my order, and they gave me only 2 strips of bacon despite the fact that I ordered Xtra Bacon Western Burger. So disappointing today. Hope they do better next time.

The worst I’ve had. Onion rings tasted like dough fried in fish stick oil. Didn’t taste onion at all. The picture on the window is nothing like you get. The memphis burger is suppose to have pulled pork in it? Mine had maybe a spoonfull at most, and was smashed in the bag. Not a place I will return to any time soon.

Im not giving this place more because its a chain place, whose burgers are good. I tried that new pulled pork burger and it was just okay. I mean how many different ways are they going to use meat as a condiment. It was good, I felt the pulled pork needed some more sauce, the burger was a good size and their fries were okay too.

all i can say starting off the guest service at this particular carl’s Jr sucks there supposed to be the best fast food service dining service next to in n out they pride themselves on it i know there supposed 6 dollar service was more like penny saver service i walked in and no one was in the front except for the drive Thur girl who out of everyone was the only person to acknowledge my existence she was particularly busy and i could see the shift leader was just standing there writing things when she could have helped me i know she was the shift leader because she made such a lasting impression on me she was incredibly rude trying to hurry my order and complete it before i was even done and she gave me the wrong change back when i walked up to ask her about it she was extremely rude about it saying that it was correct rather then argue more i just walked out when i got my food i hope someone reads this Unilocal that works for Carls corporate I’m never Going to this Carls Jr just because of the shift leader Nikia and to top it all off she gave me the wrong order i realized when i got home ;(fuck this store

Great customer service! Their breakfasts and burgers are pretty darn tasty. Minus one for their hand breaded chicken… way too salty! Minus another for their bathrooms.

My old stomping grounds since my old work use to be around the corner. Never a dull moment picking up breakfast and lunch here. If I remember, the lunch staffers were always nice and pleasant. Got breakfast this morning and this staff was happy too. They must have a nice manager. One thing I remember a few years back, I guess their sewer clogged up and they had to have the industrial plumber with the big industrial snake come open the lines in their parking lot. Talk about a HOTMESS with grease, grease, grease and water spilling out into the parking lot and all over our work cars! LOVEIT!!! LOL!

Can’t beat a place that stays open 24 hours. It’s right off the freeway so the parking lot gets busy. In fact this whole area stays busy with the businesses in the area. This is a basic Carl’s Jr and you get what you expect.

Does anyone remember the California Roast Beef from when you were a kid? I sure do miss that! Melted cheese and ortega chili’s on a bun. Wow… Forward to today… Lots of food — lots of it. The six dollar burger — what it should be called is a six dollar mess. Don’t get me wrong, that is my favorite burger there — The Guacamole bacon one to be exact! Tho, I always get a weird look when I ask for extra lettuce on my burger. I guess that is my quasi attempt at redemption for eating a greasy slew of fast food in a card board box. But thank goodness for the box — it holds all the guacamole and other runny stuff together long enough for it to get all over you. Oh, and please give me some of that breakfast silverware too! Cuz any six dollar burger is enough for two meals! Never tried their chili — don’t think I ever will — doesn’t appeal to me for some reason. Another thing they do good is the breakfast burger. Yes, a burger for breakfast — and they put those little hash brown things on it… Can’t go wrong there. THIS Carls Jr. has fast, courteous service — even in the drive thru!!! If I have to eat fast food — and I mean from a large commercial type place —(Mcdonalds, Burger King, etc) I totally opt for Carls Jr every time. They have man food there — bigger burgers with flavor!
