Starbucks

They gave me too much water in my oatmeal; now it’s mush. Thanks Starbucks. The bagel was good but I don’t want to pay for oatmeal I can’t eat. I don’t even like the drinks here I would only come for the food, but that part isn’t even that good.

Batista were not friendly, waited 10 minutes for a iced coffee watching at least 10 people after me get thier coffee, finally I asked about my coffee and she was like ok we have to brew some iced coffee it will be a bit. I ended up leaving with no coffee, it was kind of frustrating to wait especially when they were so unfriendly.

Lots of people are saying they have horrible customer service and lazy staff. I think that’s quite unfair. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen the staff laying around or standing around or on their phones… I’ve been going to that Starbucks for four years, I’ve met the old staff, the new staff. But there’s been a lady there for about three years who is there in the morning and she always treats me the best and calls me «miss Maisey» I hope anyone who had negative feedback will one day come across her at that Starbucks. There is a girl in the first picture posted here and I know her too, she’s very kind and patient with me when I’m being indecisive. There is a guy who has been taking my order quite often lately and he is also very sweet! I’m sorry you waited almost five minutes, or you encountered the coffee shop at a busy time. But the staff is very kind and I go there all the time.

They were super busy, so it was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. Xavi made two delicious cappuccino’s. Great job! Will be back.

Rude grumpy broista. Then came back to grab a cake pop and the new barista and the front was rude as well! What’s become of starbucks?!

I initially wanted to give them no stars but they got half our order, my drink, right. They made multiple errors on my fiancé ‘s drink and the manager was rude. My guy ordered an iced salted caramel mocha with no whip and was given an iced toffee — nut mocha with whip. There was no caramel in the beverage. The manager claimed the drink was close to what he ordered, scraped the whip off and handed it back without even an apology. IMO not acceptable. Will be hitting up the coffee shop by the food court next time we go.

Rude, lazy staff! No customer service at all. It was about 1pm, not very busy in the café. The ½ and ½ was out so walked up to the counter and gave them the empty and asked for a full one, pretty much was ignored and had to wait for more than 5 minutes as the staff busied themselves doing other tasks. Dont know what was more frustrating, being ignored and standing there like a fool, or drinking lukewarm coffee. I wont go back, there are other coffee places in the mall.

It’s a Starbucks at the mall. Most of the customers are shoppers at the mall. But there are some regulars who come in the mornings when it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff is very friendly here and alway hold and achieve the best interest of us the customers! Been going here for three years on my work break and I love it!
