Sprint Store

Severely understaffed constantly. Wait times are 25+ minutes. I didn’t even know I was supposed to go to the back counter to check in until today. I’ve been to this location several times and have literally stood around for 20+ minutes waiting, only to be given a really simple answer that could have had me in and out of there in five minutes each time. On top of that, I made an appointment from my phone through the sprint zone app, and after waiting 25 minutes, again, I was told they didn’t see an appointment for me and that I had the wrong location, and that they wouldn’t be able to help me with the issue I had in a store anyway. What the fuck are they there for, then?! Poorly organized. Waste of my time, EVERY SINGLE TIME. So far you’re fucking blowing it, Sprint.

All the employees are pompous and rude. On numerous occassions have I not only been talked down to, but have been ignored, had eyes rolled at me when asking a simple question, and given a BS answer to «satisfy» my issue so I would just leave.
The employees here will lie their a** off to make a sale, and refuse to give all pertinent information regaurding the plans or promotions work.
To add insult to injury, as if its a joke, they tell you they will keep your phone or shut your service off unless you give them 5s on their customer service surveys.
If they werent such unhelpful jerks, this would come across as joke, but alas, it doesnt.

Longest wait ever! Seriously an hour is unacceptable! Then they didn’t even take care of our issue, and treated my friend like he didn’t know what he was talking about and totally didn’t give the deal as advertised publicly on the website. They were rude and talked down to him. Seriously disappointing after waiting an hour and being told by someone on the phone that he could get the deal. Couldn’t help me at all, couldn’t even tell me how much I owe. This is the second time I have had issues, the first time was years ago at this exact store, and the wait time was just as long. Hire some more people already and train them better! For a corporate store, awful customer service and representation of your company. Despicable really.

I came in to activate my phone that I received for Christmas. Bill helped me. He was condescending and rude about every question asked. I highly suggest a different store or at least avoid Bill. Not coming back if I can help it.

I am beyond unsatisfied with sprint! The experience I have had dealing with them is horrible. I have been a sprint customer for a year and have never made a late payment I even pay extra for the phone insurance just in case. On Oct 22 my phone got wet, i was on vacation and drove an hour to get my phone repaired or replaced. When i got to the store I was given a business card and told that when i call them they will overnight me a new phone. I called assurance the phone insurance company and asked them to send a new phone, they told me they would not send a phone until they got an affidavit and a copy of my id. I was unable to get to a fax machine and was unable to fill out the forms online, so I had to wait until I got back to do this but was assured I would have a phone Monday Oct 26^th. When I got the paperwork filled out and turned in on Saturday I was told that my phone was on back order and it would be an additional 5 to 7 business days after calling and being hung up on multiple times I was able to speak to a manager who sent me a different phone then the one I had so I would have something. I received my new phone Tuesday Oct 27^th. When i received it the phone was not working the screen was blinking with white light and was unusable. I went to the sprint store afterwork and was told they could not help me and I had to go to a sprint store that was farther from my home. The next day i went to the other sprint store and was told because I got the phone from assurance I had to go through them again and that sprints technicians would not even look at it. I have an iphone so i tried the apple store thinking they could help. Apple told me sprint had given me a remanufactured or «frankenphone» and because sprint had taken bits and pieces of a bunch of different phones it wouldn’t work and apple couldn’t help. I called assurance again to get another replacement phone and the women i spoke with would not give me a new phone but would send a replacement. I then called sprint because I do not feel I should have to pay 200 dollars for a «new» phone that does not work. After spending and hour and a half on the phone with sprint and being told the most they would give me off of the phone was 10 dollars i was able to get 50 dollars off my bill and was told since i havent been without my phone for a month i should be happy with that. I received another «new» phone today November 2^nd. I am unable to activate it because the online activation wont work. I tried to call technical support like the website said but they are not open so here i am waiting again for my phone to work. I can not begin to describe the about of frustration and disappointed i have with this company. I will NEVER RECOMMEND sprint to anyone.

Never again will I step foot in this store.

Worst EVER!!! 1.5 hour wait, after they told me it would be 45 min. No tech was in the store so when I finally saw someone to fix my phone, they simply spent 20 seconds trying to sell me a new iPhone. I took my phone to CompRite on Sunnyside and 122^nd and an hour later, my phone was fixed! Phenomenal service from CompRite. I will NOT go back to this Sprint location. Very very disappointed. There was literally 20 people on the waiting list and 4 employees in the store. One guy was checking people in, one woman was only taking phone calls, and the manager was doing her best to get through people but the other man (who called my name) was not interested in a happy customer… Only a big sale. What a great day off. I will be telling everyone about their ridiculous service. It was a MONDAY for crying out loud! You KNOW it’s going to be busy! Have a tech in the store!

We do not have an official sprint store in our home town so while visiting the area decided to stop in to check out what was new with sprint. We were promptly greeted by Shawn the Location Manager. He told us about the upcoming new phones and looked at our account to see if we could upgrade. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the best deal and make our upgrades easy for us since we were from out of town. Once our transaction was final and he was setting up my new phone, he discovered transferring contacts from my old phone to new one was not possible. So he sat and transferred them one at a time!!! He did not even flinch at the process and used it as a teaching tool for his other employees. We were so happy with not only our new phones and money savings but with the AMAZING service we got from Shawn. THANKS SPRINT!

The staff will try and sign you up for things you don’t need. They’re some real commission hounds and will say anything to sell. At least the phones worked and that’s worth 2 stars.

I’ve been a sprint customer for over ten years. Plans change, rates increase, and I get frustrated. So, I tossed it around upstairs for quite a while, on getting a second phone. With a load of skepticism to bear, and a do or die deal in mind, I got the windows phone. David the sales rep was very helpful in constructing a plan with the current phone and new phone for under $ 100. I couldn’t be happier. My wife and I even purchased a bluetooth speaker that was on sale, That’s how satisfied we both were with our experience. Yeah, sometimes there are long lines, customer service sucks, but which carrier doesn’t? You simply can’t beat sprint on their plans.
Yes…go ride you’re bike their and pick up you’re phone… Whatever!

My wife and I stopped in to this location to upgrade our phones. Ashley was the one who helped us. Before going here I had talked to a supervisor from customer care who had authorized my two accounts to be able to upgrade early. When Ashley attempted to upgrade both phones, only one account was able to upgrade so Ashley took her time to call customer care to get to the bottom of the situation. She had to call multiple times, the entire process easily took over a hour. In the end she didn’t attempt to sell us anything, she even recommended for us to go elsewhere to do a 2-​year contract since it was cheaper. Great customer service from Ashley, I highly recommend seeing her for all your Sprint needs!

I have been a Sprint customer for nearly 15 years. On Jan. 14, 2015 I walked into this Sprint Store (one of the few locations with technicians) and was warmly greeted by Loren Robinette who helped me upgrade to an iPhone 6 and worked with me to get the best choice of a few accessories that I wanted. I was impressed with her knowledge of the technology and the transaction. As it turned out, the new iPhone had a manufacturing flaw (not Sprint’s fault) and I had to return it the next day. Don DeCambra, another outstanding Sprint employee, took care of swapping out the phone and the store manager Steven Brown was a great help, too. I know that cell phone service providers really receive a lot of criticisim, but this was a very good experience and I continue to be a loyal and happy Sprint customer.

My fiancé and I started a plan together and were looking for a good deal on phones and plans. At first this looked like this was our best option. Now I am regretting even doing this.
First of all, it took us 2.5 hours to get the phones due to the incompetency of the employee whom claimed he was the «best» at this. What he showed us he was the most lazy. He set the wrong phone numbers on the phones so had to pull them back and redo the start up.
Once we got the emailed contract, we then saw he had screwed us by not giving us the discount he said we would have and also putting the wrong price. After 6 calls, each one lasting over an hour, they kept saying they would cal back with information and never did. Still not figured out.
Another piece of false information this so called «Salesman Expert» gave us was we qualified for a discount on our monthly bill due to where we worked. Come to find out later the planned he signed us up for in fact did not qualify for that discount. Not only did he screw up the contract but he also is either ill informed or completely ignorant.
We started this process at the beginning of the month and 2.5 weeks later, they sent us back to the store for the 4^th time and now the employees cannot figure out what the manager wanted them to do because he did not show up that day like he promised. We are never getting sprint again and leaving as soon as we can.
Customer Service: Negligent and Lazy with not an inclination of what customer service is. The managers and general managers are completely separated from the store and the task of helping customers whom are frustrated. If I could give negative 5 stars I would because this company is the worst.
My Suggestion: Avoid Sprint at all costs even if the pricing is nice… its not worth the pain of dealing with this terrible company.

I don’t know why this location has so many 1’s, but my time at this store was very pleasant.
I was greeted right away and yes I had to wait a few minutes, which I was totally ok with doing because I was at a Cell Phone Store during the holiday season!!!
Everyone is there for different reason and some people will take longer than others, so just be patience and your experience will probably be a lot better.

This store is garbage staff is rude and unhelpful I’ve been here numerous times trying to fix different issues with my sprint service and they can never help me you’re always better off just calling then going into the store and wasting your time

Worst service of all time, both phone reception and customer service. I used to work at the Spirit call center too and I felt bad because I couldn’t help customers actually fix their phone/​data service at all. All I could do was refer them to this crap store for «assistance».
Oh, If you stream Spotify or stream any music or want to do basic stuff on the internet, forget that too. It is 2014 why are they on 3G still and whatever 1X is? Beats me. They say LTE, but it is not really. I would rather pay the same (if not cheaper price) for AT&T so I can actually use my phone.
Now on to this store particularly… customer service is as good as their phone service; NOT VERY. Like the other reviewers here SAID; expect to wait 2 hours to do anything. Even if you think it is simple. All I needed to do was swap out a replacement phone that was waiting for me there already. They couldn’t just give it to me. I had to wait to talk to someone of course. They said 45 minutes wait. It literally took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a (less than) 5 minute task. The poor door guy that «greets» you, seemed sorry enough for the wait and had the deer in head lights look too described earlier by another review. All the employees here seem to despise their job/​life. They should do us a favor and blow their brains out now. Once I finally got the replacement phone form the tech guy.(which he was actually some what decent, believe it or not). Disclaimer; he was not a part of the customer service team. Anyway, He said «sorry for the wait, we just had X amount of people quit» and «the people that are working currently are really slow and don’t know what they are doing.» Take it form him. …I just needed my replacement phone so I could give it to my sister. I got the hell out of that contract the next day. I was more than happy to pay the Termination fee to get better service *cough cough* normal service from AT&T. No problems whats so ever with their customer service and now I have a cheaper bill every month.

The PROS:
The folks I’ve worked with have usually been pretty good. There was a mediocre one a few months ago, but Carole in repair is great, and there was a manager kind of a guy tonight who was pretty okay. And the dude who helped me pick up my replacement phone was just fine, too. In fact, these people are mostly more than fine. Down right pleasant.
The CONS:
Bryce is friendly, but he is not an asset. When I called to make sure my replacement phone was in (it was), I asked if I needed an appointment. «No, you’re all set.» I show up about an hour later. First, no one greets me. When you go to these stores, you look for the person with the tablet-​like thing, because they check you in and add you to the virtual line of people. I see who has it. He’s helping a guy while handling a phone call about the iPhone 6. He does these fine. Then, he passes me, waiting in the check-​in area, and he goes to talk to someone in the back. He doesn’t greet me or say he’ll be right back. While he’s in the back of the store, another clerk who is helping someone sees me, sees check-​in guy, sees me, and then STARES DOWN check-​in guy. I can hear his psychic energy communicating «You are a dumbass. Greet the customer at the door» and he wasn’t even pointed at me. But I heard it. And there were two of us up front by that point.
After about 5 – 10 minutes, with the guywho came in after me tsking under his breath, the dude greets me. And he says, «You called earlier.» It’s Bryce. And then Bryce tells me, «Just so you know, it’ll be awhile. About an hour.» What part of that translates to me being all set? Not needing an appointment? I leave. But it would have been okay to advise me of this on the phone.
More cons: Tonight, I saw the Jawbone UP on display for $ 79.99, which is a great price. I’ve shopped around. I think it must not be the Bluetooth one. So, I ask manager guy if it’s the Bluetooth one. It is, and he lets me try on the non-​Bluetooth one so I can feel what it’s like. I agree to take it. I go to sign, and it’s about $ 130. I explain the problem. They all protest. I show them the sign. I see them rip it off the thing and explain that it was a mistake. They don’t honor the price. I’m not mad. I get it – it’s $ 50 less than it should be. But that’s the thing: It’s an attention to detail thing. Moreover, it’s something folks should have checked more than once. How long had that sign been there? It’s not a huge store.
I did not get the Jawbone UP. The manager/​tablet check-​in guy had to come void the sale. And this is the real con part – not the Jawbone I didn’t get. While I’m there, he asks if my actual sales clerk had told me about the monthly payment plan for accessories. Since I was getting a $ 0.00 phone replacement (of my exact phone, so I didn’t need accessories), this was kind of a ridiculous spiel. ESPECIALLY while you’re voiding a customer’s order because you won’t sell the product for the displayed price! Again, not mad about that, but must we add injury to disappointment? I tried to stop him to explain I paid off my cards each month and didn’t need a payment plan. HE KEPT GOING. LIKE HE HAD TO SELL (all while still voiding my sale – I’m not even buying anything! I don’t need an accessory!) I finally blurted that I had plenty of money, was a web developer, etc. which probably made me sound like a jerk, but I was flabbergasted by this sales thing after the store has screwed the pooch on what I wanted to buy. I would have said anything to shut him up, and like many in an awkward moment, I said stupid things about having plenty of money. But whatever. I was kind and polite, and so was he, but it wasn’t very professional. The store has just disappointed the customer, is voiding a credit card sale, and tries to sell me on a finance plan I don’t need for things I’m not buying… WHAT? It was odd. And after Bryce, it was a bit much.
Would I go back? Sure, if I needed a repair. None of these places are real winners, but Carole in repair IS great. A real communicator and skilled. But Bryce and Mr. I’m-Going-to-Sell-Ridiculous-Things-Instead-of-Apologizing-for-Fucking-Up mean #1) You should make an appointment. Don’t just stop in. And #2) Shop online for your accessories. Don’t give anyone who up-​sells in a smarmy/​out-​of-​context way the satisfaction. Sorry, friendly clerk and guy who tried to stare Bryce down, but that’s how these experiences made me feel. Oh, and #3) Don’t buy the Jawbone UP from them. It’s definitely cheaper online, and I’m not sure we really need to spend ~$ 100 to know we need more sleep, to eat better, and to move more, do we? Probably not. Certainly, we do not need Bryce to sell us one of these devices.

I would have to say that this location has to be the worse in customer service! !! On a Tuesday with 3 people in front of me I had to wait 2 hrs. The need to help customers is not a priority at Sprint!!! Do not go if you have something to do that day!!!
No wonder they are the #3 of 4 Carriers!!!

The worst customer service I have ever seen! DMV is a Dave and busters compared to the wait here. Associates don’t have a clue what a phone even is or for. Most of them don’t want to be there and it shows. Manager is a used car salesman trying to show the customer how sweet he can make the sham sprint deal.
Sprints service sucks and so does this store!

I probably shouldn’t write a review when I’m upset. But, this experience was sooooo bad.
All I wanted was an iPhone 5s. Nothing complicated. Just sign me up, new customer. I have money, I want to spend it in your store!
We arrived and were put on a wait list, 4 customers in front of us. We were told they «would be right with us.»
We waited 1.5 hours and nobody helped us. This is not an exaggeration! In the end we had to leave because it was bedtime for my daughter. I didn’t get my phone :(
How about a little communication? If we had been told at any time that it was going to be a wait, we would have been OK with that and simply come back the next day. Instead we left angry and frustrated.
You lost a sale and a future customer for Sprint. Unbelievable.
