Just like Lauren posted. They are impossible to get a hold of to book an appointment. Been trying for 3 months now, when a return call was finally received they had no openings for two months at a time that worked for me. They treat people with a Groupon like a second class citizen. They actually don’t want to talk to anyone and only work over email. You can’t even stop in and try to get an appointment, they actually won’t book you that way either, I tried. Never again! Avoid them, there are many better options then this place. I smell a scam, something just not right with how they conduct biz. BBB getting a report from me.

My appt was yesterday 11÷8÷12 — Beautifully decorated, professional patient staff, spacious perfect temperature(i got cool once and the blanket temperature was turned up a notch for me) and quiet room! I purchased a groupon and booked online so i didnt have any scheduling issues. Karlyn was my masseuse and did my facial as well and she was kind, patient and listened to what my problem areas were as I work as a nurse and was a college athlete and am still very active! She worked out several knots, took away my tension headache and the facial was FINALLY a full treatment as many grouponers can attest to a less than full service treatment sometimes! The whole experience was great and I will definitely be making the trip out from Quincy again. Hitting up the shops at Derby St in Hingham was an added bonus on the way home :)

These people are very difficult to get in touch with. Not once in the last 5 weeks when I’ve called have they picked up the phone, and I am calling during hours they say they are open. When they call me back, they call from an «unknown» phone number so I’ve not picked up their call. It’s becoming insane. I have even left messages asking them to please give me a time when I can call and someone will be there to pick up the phone, and they simply leave me a message back saying the same thing! It’s extremely frustrating to try to do business this way. I don’t even know how I will possibly enjoy the massage at this point… if they ever call me back before my pre-paid voucher expires…

I bought a Groupon for a facial and they have made it next to impossible to get an appointment. When I called to book something I was told if I wanted to pay full price I could come in right away. She said«we can’t run a business on only Groupons». She also told me «the system» wouldn’t let her book me an appointment in January, February or March” and I should keep checking on line for an opening. I live in the area and would have been a good customer. Now I will never set foot in there and I’m asking Groupon for a full refund. Don’t waste your time with these people! An update… they replied with well you cancelled(a month in advance) and we offered you another day which you declined(1 day over a 6 month period which was a friday when I work). Like I said… don’t waste your time!
