They took payment direct there at the facility via credit card, then proceeded to submit to my insurance company. They ended up getting paid twice and NEVER contacted me about getting my balance back.
Every other medical provider I work with if there is a credit, they don’t delay, they cut a check and pay me immediately.
Not these folks — they’re thieves. I called them and they said «we sit on the credit until you notify us that you want to be paid». Are you kidding me? Thieves.

Difficult to lie still for 20 minutes, and impossible to sleep with all the noise the MRI machine makes :-) Efficient and friendly staff at Diagnostic Radiology Associates on Ridgedale. When I arrived the paperwork was all filled out, everything they knew anyhow, just had to mark the boxes about this condition or that medicine. Checked in 8:15, got imaged at 8:40, left with my CD of pictures a quarter past 9. Is anyone a fan of a medical office? This one was A-​ok. But I’m sure I will not be a fan of the bill :/
