I had used this lapels store for approximately nine years receiving good service until new ownership took over approximately one year ago I had several shirts damaged including tears and broken buttons to brand new shirts. When I reported the damage I was told that I would be contacted by the owner/manager. After several weeks I was not contacted. I again visited store and was told the the owner would contact me regarding the damaged shirts. I was never contacted I will never go back to this location due to this inexcusable poor service Dennis K

First and last time using this franchise and I should know better than to trust a company that has to offer a Living Social deal to drum up business. I dropped off 11 items(ten if you count a men’s suit as one). The counter person didn’t know how to enter my items in to their system. She had to stop my incoming order twice(to help other customers) because she was taking so long. They lost my son’s irreplaceable, favorite, limited edition, Jesse Tyler Ferguson silk bow tie. I asked the clerk twice if she«got the tie» and she assured me she did. Nope. She didn’t. And she neglected to put it on my slip. But then again, how can I fault someone that doesn’t know what a cashmere throw is and put it on the slip as a «chair cover». Good thing they didn’t lose that because I’m not even sure what a «chair cover» is. I take partial blame because I should have gone over my slip with more care. But, I never spent 25 minutes dropping off dry cleaning when I was the only person doing so. I was already late for a dinner party and had people waiting in the car for me. They also missed a spot on a cotton dress, added a stain to a Emilio Pucci cotton top(that’s now probably ruined) and over pressed a vintage velvet jacket. By far, the worst dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had.
