Had a family heirloom clock custom built by my Dad. Clock stopped working.
The Clock Shop thought it would cost as much as $ 400.00 to fix and take a long time to get parts. He found that it only needed adjusting and the cost was only $ 50.00 and was fixed the same week.
I consider this to be exceptional service
