I find this company very reliable and affordable, I been using them for the past 2 years and I have no complaints about them, usually on time, no more than 10 to 15 minutes waiting time, I said usually because there is been times where they had been running late but I think is understandable because is probably no more than 30 cars in this company but for a local taxi company they do a pretty good job. I have used others «bigger company names» when they asked where I was going and probably I wasn’t going over 5 miles away they told me ETA was 30 min or more.
So if you are looking for a local cab in Hanover park, Streamwood area I find this company my best option, I don’t know what other areas they do service at but also from Roselle they have pick me up couple times and same results.
