I had purchased a huge wall clock from Ashley Furniture that wouldn’t keep working. I took it in to the fella at Ralls County Clock Shop and he said the motor was very undersized for the size of the hands. He kept it two or three days at most and it was under $ 20 for a new motor. It has worked flawlessly ever since then. I’m pleased!

Never ever have them fix a clock. After three months and 250.00 our clock still doesn’t work right. They came to the house to fix it twice and then took the clock with them the third time and had it two months. We called them every couple of weeks and finally we called and told them we wanted it back fixed or not. And not surprising it was not fixed. We had heard that they didn’t know what they were doing but didn’t listen. Be forewarned this place is a scam. Beware!!!

I’ve never seen a store dedicated exclusively to clocks and clock repair. They have a huge collection of new and repaired wall, grandfather and cuckoo clocks. There was a repair room in the back. It took a minute to get some service because I think they were working in the back room, but it was an experience to be sure…
