Products — good selection, but you get what you pay for Customer service — varies wildly Parking — everything around this Walmart is crowded. I try to avoid it, especially at busy times. People watching — epic

Customer service is bad. All the employees who work here seem overwhelmed or unable to do their jobs. Carts are always a nightmare in the parking lot. The should have 2 people at least working the parking lot at all times. Security is ok but need more. Lines are often ridiculously long at check out. This is the Walmart where people working or shopping don’t seem to give a crap about their town or condition of store, kids running wild. Products are disorganized. I’ve almost been run over more times than I can count by night stockers… this store needs an overhaul…

Another store without the wherewithal to open up more than four registers. And then the cashier in front of me has no clue how to ring WIC, so I essentially just stood in line for over 30 minutes before someone came and moved me because they received very little support and assistance from management who were walking around doing nothing. If you’re off the clock get off the floor!!! This is also my experience everytime I come to Walmart in Tulare.

Lines were a nightmare. They need more registers open. Also, if i have my work uniform on and everything, how are you going to stop me from leaving without my receipt. Like, you need to not just glance, but read every purchase and dig around through everything i bought. If i wanted to steal something, i guarantee you i will not be wearing a uniform for the restaurant i work at. Dumb.

Ordered blinds online and went to pick them up several days later. They said they had them. Then emailed me saying they didn’t. After they got them shipped in for me I went to customer service and waited over 5 minutes for someone to help assist me. I stood there. 7 months pregnant, and several employees walked by but no one helped and averted gazes when I looked at them or didn’t look at me. A janitor actually was the one who got someone to help me. Louis is his name

Been to nicer walmarts before. But then again I’ve been to worse ones to. I mean, lets be real, its Walmart so don’t get your hopes to high.. One thing i do appreciate is the self checkout. Its actually faster than the express lane

This walmart has just about everything, except that it hardly ever has it’s bottled water stocked sufficiently(if there are cases of it at all there are usually only a few and those are ripped apart). But why this store only gets one star from me are the check out lines. It does to matter if you come in the middle of the day or the middle of the night, you are going to wait in line for at least ten minuted. They have probably 50 registers and I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 6 open at a time, even when the lines are ten people deep(literally!). I’ve complained to corporate about it, but nothing has changed. This store is ridiculous!

Aside from being Walmart, this particular location doesn’t care much about things like customer service. There are more shopping carts in the parking lot than shoppers in the store.

I like Wal-Mart, even though everything is made China. This supercenter has less employees then the first original walmart. The cashier’s are far & few in between. I feel sorry for the workers because they are over worked & under paid. One thing ive noticed is that they do clean the shelves & floors a lot. Too bad theres no walmart greeters anymore. Instead you are greeted by a sanitizer wipe container. Good thing too because it really makes my hands feel good pushing the cart. The deli counter is awesome. I love their cooked orange chicken & cooked rotisserie whole chickens. The self-check out is great, & the worker in the area is helpful. Compared to other walmarts in the central valley, this walmart is not so bad.

This walmart is probably one of the worst I have ever been to in my life. The parking lot is just full of carts in parking spaces. It’s no kind of enforcement to change that either. The inside is kind of dirty. The produce is not good produce. It’s rarely enough lanes open for the amount of people that’s inside the store. More recently I’ve been going to Target next door because it’s a cleaner establishment. It has to be an emergency for me to go to the walmart in Hanford now.

Walmart… what can be said that hasn’t already??? This store has recently added self check out, which is a real convenience for me. I believe that they have 8 self check out registers. I am really glad that they added these, so that if I am just going in for 1 or 2 items I can get in an out quick. The Site to Store pick up is a nightmare. It is located all the way in the back of the store where it says ‘Layaway’ and when you go back there, there is usually nobody back there. You can press a little screen located on one of the ATM pin pads to get some help… just be prepared to spend a little time there, maybe pack a lunch or head up to their Mc Donalds cause you are going to be here a while. Many employees will walk by you, and ask if you need help and they say they will get someone up front, but you still end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time. The phone system is also a hassle. When you call the store, they transfer you to the fitting room attendant. The phone will ring and ring and ring. A lot of times the person on the other end has no clue who to transfer you to, even for the simplest issues(i.e. photo department). Once you finally get a hold of someone, they will transfer you and then you wait some more. What I have noticed with this particular Walmart is that when you call, they hang up on you A LOT. I will place an initial call, it will ring 20 or so times, they will pick the receiver up and set it back down. Maybe they are too lazy and don’t want to answer the calls and think you will give p and stop calling, I don’t know. The ladies working in jewelry are really nice and helpful. If you have a Site to Store order and cant get a hold of anybody in that dept to check the status of your order, the jewelry ladies will check for you. Also, if there are really long check out lines, they will ring your non jewelry items up for you. I try to cut Walmart some slack as far as the cleanliness of the store goes. It is usually pretty clean, and I totally see how frustrating it is to constantly go behind people and clean up after them 24⁄7. Customers play a HUGE role in the problem, they have no regards for other people. I get that there are Walmart employees whose job it is to clean, but that doesn’t mean that you have to be a total A$$ about it and deliberately make a mess. Instead, my issue w/the employees is things like their nasty air filters(ladies room). Something like that should be cleaned regularly, its really disgusting to use their bathrooms in the first place(they are filthy, toilet paper on the floor etc), but I shouldn’t have dust bunnies falling down on my head. Another issue, in regards to the bathrooms is that they are 9 times out of 10 closed for cleaning… yet they remain so filthy. So unless you have to go bad, try to avoid them. This Walmart has a LARGE selection of just about anything that you can think of, and some things you may have never even seen before. I do love their bakery section, the breads really appear to be fresh and there are so many varieties of french bread, you cant go wrong. #flagproof
