KFC

Hate to do this to you guys but here we go. I’m craving some coleslaw and been wanting to try their new Nashville chicken. I ask for the 12-​strip family meal which comes with a large coleslaw, mashed potatoes and biscuits. All through the drive-​thru. Guy on the other side says I can mix and match any side i want since I really didn’t want mashed potatoes and gravy. I asked if I could swap it with the macaroni and cheese and be said absolutely. Even read back my order correctly. I get home to find that I was given as my sides, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Really!!! My receipt had the correct order. This is the second time in a row I’ve been done dirty at a drive thru. The first was the Hanford Jack in the box giving me a jumbo Jack when I paid for a double Jack. Do I need to become one of those people that sit there for a minute and check that their order is correct at the drive thru? Really all I wanted was some coleslaw and Nashville chicken which by the way I wasn’t too impressed with. Pretty much their regular chicken tenders with some tangy sauce spread over them and a handful of pickle slices thrown in for show. Nothing to write home about. I will call their little survey # today like I did with Jack in the box.
My take: skip the «Nashville» chicken and check your order before you pull out.

Grading it compared to other KFCs… it’s what you expect from an average KFC fast food restaurant…
Pros: The $ 5 fill up meals are nice (more chains should copy this), the drive thru seems fast enough when I visit, the food was what you expect from a KFC.
Cons: They don’t even carry strawberry lemonade even though they advertise it at the drive thru (?), employees at this location have too much fun or are not as ‘professional’ as say… McDonalds employees (!), and the cookie in the $ 5 fill up meals are gross.
They seem to have XfinityWiFi… useful if you’re a Comcast customer.

The staff here has to be by far the worst in Kings County. I have never gone to this KFC and had a positive experience. From them getting your orders wrong, to the employees being downright rude. The food is decent, so I dont hold that agianst KFC itself, they just need to hire better people. I would rather drive to Lemoore’s KFC if at all possible.

I usually eat here when I feel like KFC but! When I got to the drive in the guy on the intercom just said kfc and sounded under the influence, when we got to the window a woman team mate had an un-​welcoming face for customer service. The guy finally gets to our window and when he asks for my money and I am going to give it to him he walks away. To the food the wedges were old the chicken was dry and the portions were smaller also the tea tasted old yuck what is going on with our used to be favorite kfc we will not be returning there again for as long as possible.

The food was good (consistent with other stores). The air conditioning needs improvement. It was too warm and humid in there.

Of course this is a chain so i can only judge from one to another. So, the service was good, the food was warm, could have been hotter. The cleanliness was great. Love the buffalo snackers. Plenty of parking at this location.
