Jack In the Box

I LOVE Jack n the box and usually the service here is good and food is perfect but went through the drive thru today and ordered two breakfast jacks and a loaded potato and it took 10 minutes after I paid go receive my order. and. LOADED potato wedges had nearly nothing on them. Like I said I love Jack n the box and come this one often but today they just weren’t up to par

This is my preferred location in town out of the 2.
I have only been inside this location about 3 times, I prefer to go to the drive-​thru.
The ladies that work here have very strong accents… and even as a Spanish speaker myself, it is even hard for me to understand them at times. They are very sweet though and really make you feel like a valued customer. My order is always correct and made to order.
My food has been good ⁸⁄₁₀ times. The fries are usually the freshest out of all the fast food place in town. I have been here on a time or two where they were cold.
Be sure to check the circulars, they have good coupons.
This location is clean and efficient and I would recommend

Fast and friendly service!

First, I know it’s lame to write up a review on a major fast food chain, I know, I know. Pardon my lameness. But this is currently my and my fetus’ favorite fast food spot — there’s hardly any lines here, and when there is, they’re fast. The pregnancy cravings take us here about once a week or so, and we fancy the curly fries/​jumbo jacks (w/​cheeeeeese!). Why I’m really bothering with this review is the customer service is actually… really good. I’ve been really impressed with all the staff; most other places quite frankly suck in this dept., especially on consistency, but not here. There’s smiles, they actually make eye contact, you can joke with them and overall are pleasant. just thought I’d give them a shout out :)
Also — drive thru is open 24 hr, and the dining room area open Fri/​Sat til midnight…(i’m in drive thru enough to read all the posters on the wall ;)
Another bonus — they serve breakfast i think all day and cheeseburgers in the mornnig (i want to say). Unlike McCrappy’s, who has a strict 10:30 am cut off time.

Tried to order a milkshake, apparently too close to closing (ahem, as in NOT CLOSED YET). They said they didn’t have it. Very disappointed.
