Acceptional quality, however, not the best. Customer service could be better.

I ordered work association t-shirts from them. They were quick to respond to me via email, they were very helpful with any edits I wanted to make, and had about 20 shirts done in a week.

So Sorry to see there is not a «zero» on the rating scale. My husband and I ordered a custom graphic for our car on 5÷15÷14 with a due date of 5÷22÷14 printed on the invoice paper(paid in full of $ 43 on date of order). On 5÷27÷14 I called and left a message at 5:30 pm(evidently closed, though the sign on front of business states open till 7pm) to please give me a call at said # letting me know when the order would be done… still no info. On 5÷30÷14 at 11:44 I called and was told to hold while Troy investigated the status of my order. Approximately 2 min. later I was told by Troy«your order evidently got lost in the shuffle, but we are starting working on it now and it should be ready for pick up at 3». I asked since it had not been cut yet if I could cancel the order and was told that I could… or they could have it for me in 30 min. I said that I would be by to pick it up at 1pm then(this is where I messed up-should’ve just canceled for a refund). I got there at 1pm for pick up and was offered by Damon(supposed manager) that he could put it on for me. I declined stating«No thanks, I have put em on before and am pretty good at it.» I went outside to put it on and noticed there was a large gap of backing paper at the bottom that prevented it from lying flat against the car window for accurate placement. I went back in and asked them to cut off the excess on the bottom. Damon TWICE again persisted that he could put on for me and I gave in and said sure. Damon measured the ends horizontally to center it with a tape measure(never measuring from the bottom of the sticker to the bottom of the window so as to LEVEL it-since it is rather long). Damon taped it in center to hold and asked«good?» to which I replied«sure, I guess. You are the one measuring it.»(presuming he was capable since he had a tape measure in hand and was the manager and insisted that he put it on for me). He adhered it and went back inside and I left. At my next stop I noticed it looked a little crooked through the back window and measured it(it was off ¾ inch from right to left, giving it a crooked tilt). I went back in with my husband(to help keep me calm at this point) at 4pm to ask him to measure his mounting job and if it WAS off, to possibly re cut it and I mount it myself. Damon said they would be happy to do anything for a customer«for a price». At first he resisted, but I convinced Damon to re-measure his work. After doing so he said«It is only off by ½ inch and I hung it for you for free out of the kindness of my heart. AND you are the one who approved it.» They kept my full $ 43 dollars and wouldn’t re cut at all. We gave up and immediately drove to a different shop in town to reorder a «not crooked graphic»(for $ 37) that I would put on myself. Long story short: terrible work ethic, «punk» attitudes(as might be deduced by the graphics on the building), high prices, unprofessional deadline meeting. As the story goes… «If you can’t say anything good, don’t say anything at all». WELLTHEN«BEYONDMENTION» TRULYLIVESUPTOITSNAME!
