Bali Hai Photo & Video Kauai

My family and I were on vacation in Hawaii and were set up to get some professional photos done. The photographer was so accommodating to us when we needed to change the time and the location. He was so good with my 2 year old and had some great ideas for pictures. The pictures came back absolutely beautiful. We really had a great experience.

Jon and Jess were a DREAM team. From the moment they arrived at the house where we were getting ready I felt at ease. They even helped to organize the chaos of all of us!
I met Jon a few months before the wedding and he was calm, professional and extremely kind. I knew we were in good hands. We emailed a bunch in the months leading up to the wedding and he continued to reassure me that all would be perfect, and it was.
Jess was a welcome bonus to our day capturing additional photos of our family and her cheerful demeanor was so lovely. They are a great pair! During our portrait session Jon surprised us with a drone to capture our most favorite picture on the Hanalei Bay Pier — it’s epic.
Thank you both for being so easy to work with. Our photos are a beautiful testament to an amazing day! Our families adore them, and having two professional photographers in the wedding party, they are not the easiest to please ;)

Jon Gibb is one of the most talented photographers I’ve worked with! I hired him to photograph my small wedding celebration in Kauai, and almost immediately he reached out with his contact information and we spoke on the phone quickly after. He was very patient and understanding of my needs, and was also extremely assuring that everything will work out great (I was an anxious bride after all, and requested Jon’s services fairly late in the game) — as it did! On the day of my wedding he showed up with a second photographer (which is a huge bonus — more pictures to choose from!) and was all of professional, timely, and patient. Our wedding day turned out to be rather windy, and Jon was a trooper in working with us to find creative places where the pesky wind would hit just right and make the image incredible. Most importantly, Jon clicked away with rapid speed — all while providing great direction (we needed it!). All in all, hire Jon Oh, and added bonus — Jon provided the best surrounding area recommendations (tours and restaurants) and we really couldn’t have had the same amazing experience without him!

Jon is a talented, easy going young man. He was the photographer for my nieces wedding and the photos are spectacular. He captured real emotion and special moments on film to be cherished forever. Where was he when I was getting married? I would highly recommend his services.
