Eh, could be a nice place but I guess you have to be one of the bartenders friends or a regular to get any attentive service. Marquis says entertainment 7 nights a week. I walked in hoping for live entertainment. Nothing!

ONLYUSECASHHERE!!! Otherwise the bartenders will change your $ 2 tip to a $ 20 tip!!! Luckily I kept my receipts and my credit card emailed me asking if I meant to leave a $ 20 tip on a $ 10 bill… SCAM!!! Bartenders with no ethics and major attitude! Update: my credit card company only emailed me bc they have been having repeated complaints from this place!

Great Entertaining Bar The biker bar in Hampton Beach. I found myself staying here for about 4 hours. The staff treated me and friends like regulars and the prices are very reasonable. The bar usually has live music acts most nights and sports a large«dance» floor. Not that this is club atmosphere. Tip: Every night they run a food and drink special Booze, broads, and fresh pizza. My kind of joint. Thanks

Here’s a tip for ya! Place was coo… I guess. Bartenders make the drinks stronger if a dude orders them(especially if they’re good looking and covered in tattoos. Ooooooooh). They were generally nice enough for the most part(kind of). But really… The muscle-bound, vape-smoking freak doorman probably got a bad cycle of roids this time… because at 12:55, he was circle-pitting around the place like goddamn Ryback, screaming at everyone to get out. We even witnessed him insulting patrons, giving a bartender crap, and using foul language towards her. What a chode. Call your dealer for a refund. FOH.

We went there for a twin lobster special. Well it took about 20 minutes to get a person to see us … Then we got weak drinks and warm beer. Even then we put in our order and waited and waited. Another girl finally comes over apologizes retakes our order and then we wait 20 minutes no beer no food finally we walked out !!! My advice don’t walk in !!!

This place has great bands ! However the bartenders and not all of them, don’t smile and have a attitude. The owner doesn’t say hello and as an owner my self find this to be terrible customer service! It’s a clicky kind of place. I find that it has to do with leader ship. It would be nice to go in there and feel a happier friendlier environment. It’s a bit stuffy. The prices to see a band seem to vary by individuals and can be a bit pricey.

Wally’s what happened to your legacy? What was on of the best bars on the seacoast is now the place to avoid. Even the locals avoid it even if was the only place open. Wallys was the best biker bar around, not anymore, not even close, what does Wallys want to be now? a dance club? catering to 21 year olds? I don’t think even Wallys knows what it wants to be, SAD! …COOL: great stage, good bands, nasty women NOTCOOL: High cover, expensive, watered down drinks. nasty women.

Cool bar layout, decent amount of TVs and a few pool tables, but the beer pong tourney started two hours late, and every single bartender could care less about the patrons. Every girl behind the bar was snarky, miserable and on their phones the entire time.

Live bands. Bar games. Ok beers. Pretty bartenders. Tons of TVs. Your quintessential biker bar. This is a Hampton staple. It will be busy at night. Just don’t be an asshat and you’ll have a good time.

What happened to this place? They made improvements a few years ago and it’s more of a bigger dive! I can remember when they had the best local bands Thursday through Friday and it was packed every night! I stopped in the other night for a draft and pizza and to hear some live music. Warm flat draft, shitty pizza, and a 50.00 dollar band playing through a 50,000.00 pa! I think this place is going through a identity crisis! I can tell you what it isn’t: A biker bar anymore A place to get good food Or a good place to meet up with friends for a night out This is what it is: Bad food Bad bands filled with senior citizens, weekend warriors, or 80’s has bens A waste of time. The one thing this bar is good for is to get a picture of the most disgusting bathrooms you’ll ever see!

A lot of great improvements, great sound system, good bands, decent burgers and pizza. Their biggest problem is the bartenders. On the plus side, they are nice looking. Their qualities end there. totally un-attentive and unprofessional. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Even when the place is empty, they do not pay attention to the bar. Can I have another beer? okay. How about, Are you ready for another beer. Can I have a fork with meal? here. How about– Oh sorry, here you go. Is there anything else I can get you. In order to be a good bartender you need to at least like people. Does not feel like it here. When the place is packed I guess it doesn’t matter.

Get place to hang out, very nice bartender(Laura Lee) never had to look for her to get a drink and was very helpful with suggestions on the wing flavors. BEST wings in the area, making this one of my regular hang outs on Wednesdays

I went in for pizza with the kids. I know it is technically a bar/pub but it was early in the evening, it was near our hotel and there was a sign for pizza. The service was the worst I have ever experience. Having spent years in the industry myself(as a bartender/server and general manager) I can put up with a LOT. We sat at a dirty booth(which was never cleaned). The server disappeared(and at one point was seen outside running down the street). Drinks took at least 20 minutes, apps took just over 1 hr. At the 2 hour mark I gave up. I packed up FIVE children, including an infant… not an easy thing to do discreetly. I hadn’t seen a server in at least 20 minutes at this point. Still did a final look around and then walked out the door. STILL no one noticed(we were one of 5 tables). I called the restaurant a bit later as I have never walked out of a restaurant without paying and wanted to be clear why I hadn’t paid and also offer to pay whatever portion the manager thought was appropriate. I was told«No, they do not have a manager. The girl who answered(who had already been rude in the restaurant when looking for my server) said«I am the bartender which basically makes me the manager». I asked for a way to contact the owner and was told«No, the owner doesn’t deal with people.» Good luck! I guess you serve tourists who may not check reviews but I ould rather eat off of a bathroom floor than eat there.

My group of friends kept saying how everyone goes to this place as a pit stop during their rides. Sounds like a good idea: beach, warm weather, lunch… etc. WRONG. First of all the place is filthy. Bathrooms were disgusting and the bar area looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a year. But, we were tired, a little hungry and definitely thirsty. Started off with a draught beer. It was flat, warm and tasted terrible. Next was a triple order of wings for the group. We figured nobody can mess up wings. We were wrong again. They were partially cooked/frozen and the dipping sauce was mayo in a plastic cup with hot sauce floating on top. No thank you. Next was a club sandwich for me. Anyone can make that, right? Nope. The roast beef was grey. Grey roast beef. While all this was going on our waitress was completely clueless as to what her role was during our visit. She kept messing up our orders and forgetting to service us. Then when we’d request something she would make a face and take forever to address our request(napkins, silverware… oh and plates). The best was while we were sitting there a dog came in off the street a urinated on the corner of the doorway. His demeanor during this visit and the reaction of the crowd inside made it clear that this wasn’t the first time this has happened. When the manager realized that all 6 of us literally hadn’t touched our food and didn’t finish our beers, he came over to investigate. We were gracious and he was apologetic. But the pleasantries disappeared when he quickly handed us the tab and suggested we leave and«go somewhere else that’s better». Okay :)

Hello Unilocalers! I would give Wally’s 3 ½ stars if I could because it has made a lot of overall improvements/renovations…which I believe are still ongoing. However, I have only been late night, so I can’t say anything about the day atmosphere. I have been on beruit night, a night where a band was playing(not really my thing), but I was supporting my ex’s friends band(they’re actually pretty solid). And I went when Dev was there…(Dancing in the Dark). So Al(the owner), is definitely stepping up his game and getting some bigger acts in the place, so kudos to you. I have met the owner, but only very briefly, he seemed pleasant. If you want to come to a bar to pick someone up… heed my warning… THISISNOTTHEPLACE. As previous people have also noted. People are really just here to have a kick ass time. If you want to have a good time with friends, rock out to some bands, this is the place to go. It’s not expensive, drinks are decent, the food is good(bar/pub fare), and the bartenders are very friendly. I am hoping with the new shows coming up and the renovations this place gets even better. It has a lot of potential, and hello!!! Summer is literally right around the corner, so you know they’ll be packed. But the main thing that still needs to be worked on is overall cleanliness. The bathroom that is a single(one person at a time, or in the case of the time I went, a two person lol) is absolutely effing disgusting. It has the most rank/putrid odor… I don’t even want to get into it/think about it. And if you are standing near the bathroom the«odor» will, in fact, waft over… soooo innocents beware! Now mind you, this could be do to a pipe or septic problem, maybe not the«bathroom» itself, but they should get on top of it. You are warned. The regular bathrooms in the back don’t even have mirrors… what a joke, get some mirrors in there people. Hence the 3 star rating, a bathroom being that nasty, throws the rating down. And this wasn’t a one time occurrence either. Just sayin.

This is one of the worst bars I have ever been to. The only thing less clean than the bar itself is the clientele. However, the one redeeming quality is the price, if you want to get absolutely trashed and make some really bad decisions, this is the place for you.

I’ve frequented Wally’s many times but I think Wally’s needs to get out of Winter mode. The poor service stuck out last Sunday. I would have had better service if there was a vending machine behind the bar. I’m hopeful that this was a rare case. I will do lunch at Wally’s on Friday’s and had Cami as a server. She was awesome. The food is pretty good, the pizza was hot last Sunday and I’m still nursing the burn in my upper pallet. I’m looking forward to the patio area and the remodeling, it looks like they’re investing in the place.

Absolutely hilarious. Past biker bar turned into I don’t know what. When I come home, my townie friends say«let’s head to wally’s» and hells bells reunions ensue! Gotta say, the huge place allows for drinking, eating, mingling, dancing(me being one of the 3 on the floor), beirut, and hopefully the occasional biker siting still. But where did all the bikers go?

Thank God I was Drunk It’s true, I’ve been to Wally’s a lot more than I would like to think. Definitely an anything goes atmosphere, great place to go with a group or at least one other person. Beirut night is a young crowd, and a different one than the other nights. The typical crowd ranges from peeps in ‘biker’ costumes to just generally depressing miscreants. Want to meet a strung out single mom with 5 kids? Jackpot! Think worn out, think beaten down, think Wally’s. Typically, nothing good will happen here, but honestly, what would you expect? I will give them kudos for the live music, and being open all year, and some of the bartenders are pleasant. The food is dodgy at best, prepare to be pissed. But if you want to drink and not give a crap, or have anyone else give a crap about you, this fits the bill.
