All I can say is OMG, should be on the next episode of 20⁄20. The red flags go up as soon as you check in and they are sitting behind glass like a pawnbroker. No phone no clocks, what’s up with the bunk beds ? Kind of place you would expect for kids at spring break

My wife and I have sand stayed here twice and everything was fine. If you want a place to sleep for a reasonable price this is great. do not listen to the angry people. if you want a decent room at a great price stay here.

Very cute, basic Inn at Hampton Beach. Nothing fancy about the room but the bathroom with a jacuzzi tub was beautiful. Reasonable price, friendly staff. Clean

The room was dirty. I kept stepping on the staples in the carpet when i was barefoot. Bad gross pillows. Sketchy lighteing. No room phone or clock. We told them we didnt need maid service while we stayed and they still allowed them to service our room. weird broken pullout couch that was not accessible. Sand and rocks in the bureau drawers. Other peoples belongings in our room. It was close to the beach, that was a plus. I do not recommend staying here if you dont have to.

I booked 2 rooms in early April for 1 night mid-June. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel this reservation the next day. The. Next. Day. The Regal Inn informed me they would be charging me $ 70 for the cancellation and there was no discussion. Absolutely shameful business practice. For shame.

In town for a marathon. The ocean front properties were over priced. This was more in my budget. Very basic, well perhaps below below basic, the fridge did not work, the bathtub plug did not work(to take a bath) there was no hair dryer in the room, they advertised Wi-fi in rooms when I could not hook in to it I called and I was told that I had to get closer to the office and the outside door felt so flimsy that a little kid could kick in the door!

When I made my reservations, it was made clear that if I cancelled 14 days before my reservation, there would be no fee. 2 days after making my reservations, and 30 before my reservation date, I called back to cancel. I was told there was a $ 35 fee. I checked my confirmation email, only to find that they’d buried it in the fine print, but not in the section marked«cancellation policy»! Totally misleading. When I called to cancel, I explained this, and Sheheena(sp?) assured me that if that was what I was lead to believe, they’d honor it. Cut to a week later — they charged me $ 35 for cancelling. I called back and was told«too bad.» I was given the option of calling back some other time to talk to a manager because now, all of a sudden«their system can’t process that kind of refund» and she had«never told me anything of the sort. In addition to the quality complaints about this place, add insincere, dishonest business dealings.
