The staff is really nice but the overall care is completely skethy. I always had the feeling of uncertainty and then my toddler went undiagnosed for two months on something that ended up needing pretty urgent medical treatment since the issue wasn’t addressed! I felt like I was always treated like a paranoid mother rather than listened to and understood. Also my daughter was always terrified of dr R and he wasn’t gentle and soothing, he remained scary so I couldn’t blame her! I felt like everyone was guessing at all times, even the nurse that was going to give shots was revising some book and then a chart on the wall because she clearly wasn’t sure which vaccines to give… I watched this for about 20 min before she came in with a needle… Ummm ya. Oh and the wait times Always extended and I mean by like atleast 30 – 60 min every time
