Evergreen Ink

Jarrod from Evergreen called my work trying to sell us ink. When I gave him the standard, «We don’t need ink, but you’re welcome to email us your info so we can have it on file…» answer, he insisted that he would rather speak to my office manager now. I told him I’d take his number down for her so she can call back. He says that he only has an outgoing line. LOL, that is incorrect according to his website. I kept telling him that we currently had good stock on our office ink/​toners but would call him if we found him to be more competitive when we were shopping around. He should have taken that and run with it. My boss is a smart shopper, so she does a lot of price comparison on whatever the office needs. But since he was so pushy and insistent he speak to the office mgr, He got a not-​so-​polite, «PLEASE DON’T EVER CALL HERE AGAIN». Hopefully he heard all those words cuz I may have prematurely hung up.
