Very disappointed in my visit tonight. Upon arrival the hostesses got confused and seated 2 parties before my family of 4 with a toddler. So we had to wait 15 min, and the hostess had no apology only excuses(no 1) and hostess(no 2) only apologized after the comment I made to my husband about poor service YOU Have 1JOB. Waiter was a nice enough guy did a good job but the kitchen got the order wrong but who do you blame the waiter that didn’t write it down or the kitchen who knows. Sorry not sending it back … you never know what they do when your that customer. We frequent this chili’s regularly the last few visits have been less than desirable experiences. This will not be my dinner of choice again anytime soon.

My favorite place to drink!!! Gabby, Jeremiah, and Ashley always are very attentive, polite, and friendly… we occasionally eat dinner here and if the food is not just right the managers are not afraid to make it right:) always a happy customer

Just awful! I ordered online for pick up and sent my son to get it at the time specified on their website. The food was cold as a stone when it got here, the fajitas were a dry, congealed, tiny little portion of beef jerky and we were missing two containers of queso that I was charged for. I had to call and they asked if I wanted to drive the 7 miles from my house to pick up the queso. Are they kidding with me? I had them refund them back to my card. My husband ended up throwing the $ 15 over priced fajitas in the trash where they belong. Horrible all the way around.

I love chili’s but the service makes me never want to come back. Took forever to get everything. even a simple glass of water! Needs to hire better staff.
