Was supposed to get a $ 200 rebate in January. It’s March and still no rebate. Keep getting the run around.

The problem with my being charged an extra $ 25.00 a month was never resolved I am stuck paying this for 2 years. I cancelled verizon for my home and when the contract is up on the phone I will never use them again.
