Stopped in for dinner after visiting the campus. Wished we’d gone elsewhere. Overpriced but mediocre burgers served in plastic baskets with soggy fries. To make the experience even less enjoyable: I opted for sweet potato fries from the options the waitress rattled off… she failed to mention the $ 2 extra charge for that option which appeared on the bill.

Always had a great experience here whether dining in with the family or ordering to go to bring to GNB(good natured brewery) can’t recall having a bad item and prices seem very fair for the quality food you receive. I always think I’m going to end up hungry after I order the burger. then when I see it and recall it has two enormous patties, plenty and awesome tasting. Waitresses always seem to package the to-go’s properly and never leave anything out. I always tip the waitresses here since they always are on point with takeout orders Great draft selection if you arrive early for your takeout.

Food tasted below average. One of us felt nauseous after the meal. The portions were small for the cost of the meal and the place is frugal. The waitress asked us if we wanted another cup of dressing for the $ 9.00 salad and they had the nerve to charge us $ 0.25, In addition, the waitress asked us what we wanted with our burgers, not mentioning that we would be charged an extra $ 2.00 for it. In most places you get the burger and fries for a cheaper price than they charge for just the burger. $ 15 for Mac n Cheese is highway robbery.

Sixteen-dollars for three chicken tenders and half an Eggo waffle is a ridiculous excuse for chicken and waffles. Chicken was good; however, tasted and looked like three chicken strips from any respectable greasy spoon. My half an Eggo waffle was horribly crunchy. The waitress explained that the kitchen fries the waffles. Burgers are okay if you like a mess of a sandwich that you can’t put down once you take your first bite. Sweet potato fries were great. I’ve also had the poutine here, and it is the best thing on their menu. Come for the poutine, drink specials, and live music, and go somewhere else for entrees. On both occasions I dined at this restaurant, service was great. EDIT: Fixed a typo, and I want to express my appreciation for the response I received from No. 10 Tavern management – thank you.

Stopped in here for a burger and some appetizers the other night. Everything tasted great. My only qualm is that the onion rings that I ordered didn’t come out with the«special sauce,» which wasn’t a big deal but when I asked for ranch I got a tiny cup full of watery ranch and was charged .25. We also ordered a side of sauce with something else and were charged. It just rubbed me the wrong way to be charged additional money for half full cups of basic condiments. In the grand scheme of things obviously fifty cents isn’t a huge deal and the food was really good so I will likely return.

Great burgers in town! The California burger is my order every time. The service is good. It’s relatively fast. The atmosphere is casual. Good place to bring a group, also they take Gate Card(major +). They’re also really good about getting the game you want on the TVs(Go Packers!).

My wife and I were here Saturday night, what a total cluster! We sat in the back room which was packed, waited for the(one) waitress who was working the whole room, for 25 minutes to take our order. I had a Caprese Ciabatta sandwich, which was supposed to be on toasted bread, it was not. Ordered tater tots with it and they were totally burned to a crisp as were the onion rings that we started with. Maybe the oil was a bit hot?! My wife and I eat very healthy, but we decided what the Hell, it had been several months since we had fried food. Well we may wait a year now after that experience! After dinner, another 20 minutes to get our check! This restaurant is owned by the Hamilton Inn, so they should know better. There is no excuse at all for having one waitress for about 35 people! Not her fault at all, just overwhelmed. I was a waiter a long time ago myself, I know how hard it can be with no help. I do feel there is potential for this restaurant, so I will give it one more shot. We all have bad days.

Came on Sunday 7/5, sat in the alley/outdoor patio area. Very nice to be outside. Server was nice but they appeared to be understaffed, which was borne out when the drinks and food came out VERY slowly. Delicious arugula salad — definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people. Wraps were good. French dip was tasty but bread(not roll) couldn’t stand up to au jus and sauce on sandwich; it’s usually a messy meal but this was pure disintegration. I would have given more stars but for the slow service.

This is a great place for the family. We have a 10 and 12-year-old and we were able to have a great dinner where everybody got to eat what they want. They have a good selection of draft beers and a wide array of hamburgers and other tasty entrées to please everyone in the family. I can recommend the chicken Cordon Bleu hamburger and the large rack of baby back ribs as well as their chicken fingers for kids. The pita & hummus appetizer and arugula salad were also big hits! The service was fast and attentive. On second visit had the Turkey Club.

This is the best burger in town, very juicy and each one has great sauces. The fries are thin and crispy, and the fish tacos are also pretty good. Some of the best food for the money in Hamilton. Service has been good all the times I’ve been.

Came here 3 consecutive weeks while working at Colgate. First impression is the place looks great! We came around 4 pm each time and it was between lunch/dinner hours, so plenty of available seating; the question then was whether the time would affect food/service…and the answer was NOPE!!! We had 6+ in our party every time, and our server(Adam I believe was his name) jumped right in for drinks and had no prob accommodating separate checks. I had a different burger on each occasion, and they were all delicious! All burgers seem to be doubles consisting of 4 oz patties. excellent fries accompanied. Every time all the food came out fresh and hot, and drinks were refilled without asking. SOLID food and service!

No idea how this place hasn’t been reviewed yet. I was back in Hamilton visiting family and we decided to get some dinner and drinks here. The interior is very clean and new. There are a good amount of TVs at the bar and at the tables. I was very surprised how good the food was. We ordered a Caesar salad, arugula salad, and two grilled cheese /tomato bisque combos. Everyone loved what they got. We had several rounds of drinks and the waitress was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be coming here again next time I’m in town.
