Wife’s birthday dinner. Kylie was our server and she was awesome. We had 2 plates of chips prior to our queso. Drinks were never empty and all orders came out perfect. My steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. This is how Chili’s should be ! Thanks for an awesome night!

How is it possible to have an entire restaurant that has no idea how to serve…10+ min for drinks and still waiting on food… when and if it comes will let you know how it tastes…

Service is good, and food was as expected. So your expectations for a large chain is usually consistency and this location has consistency.

It has been a while since we ate here and now o know why. The food was disgusting at best. Very low grade. On a positive note the service was good. I strongly recommend running away. Even go to McDonalds, the food would actually be better.

Just had a horrible experience there the food took over 30 minutes to get to us. The table next to us ordered their food, received their food and paid before we got ours. Half of the food was cold when we finally got it. We paid on the tablet then when we are going to leave the waitress comes out to complain to that we didn’t give her a good enough tip! Stating that she doesn’t control the kitchen! Just an abysmal experience and I will never go back.

Cannot believe they make you sit for 45 min plus while 4 tables are being held for a party that is not even there yet. Ridiculous! !! Seat ahead should not have a play on busy Friday and Saturday nights. Over 30 people waiting to spend hard earned money and ended up leaving because the tables were reserved for a party that wasn’t even due for another 10 – 15 minutes. Never again Chilies.

It doesn’t get any better than this chili’s. They are always on it, their service is always top notch, I really never have any issues here. Their food is always made to order, yet very speedy even when their restaurant is slammed. We had one time where a person in our group tried something new and didn’t eat it, and never said anything, the manager noticed their food wasn’t eating, stopped and asked why and got them something new. That was great, and I love this location. Join their eclub for free desserts and appetizer coupons regularly.

Took the family, my wife and two kids plus mother in law to Chile’s this evening. We waited a couple of minutes to be seated but no big deal, the service was great initially but that all changed when my wife decided to move our daughter next to her because the air was blowing directly on her to the point she was shivering. At that point my daughter accidentally kicked over my wife’s soda into her dinner which was half eaten. With a plate full of soda, ice on the table and a puddle on the floor not a waiter was to be found. After five minutes I had to go ask the hostess up front if I can get a towel or rag to clean up a spill. She proceeded to mop up the floor and go back to her duties. We didn’t see our waitress for close to twenty minutes, when she finally came back she started to ask if we needed a box for leftovers then stopped mid sentence when she saw the dish filled with soda. The shocking part to the whole thing was we were never brought a napkin or washcloth to clean up the table. Numerous waiters walked by and didn’t do a damn thing. We sat there with a spilled drink in the food, dripping from the table for thirty minutes. I included a picture of what we sat with on our table. I will never be back to that location ever again.

My hubby loves Chili’s, because the portions are large and the food is freshly prepared. He always orders a chicken sandwich and the chicken breast is as big as my hand! I tend to experiment with my orders and have had some bad luck. The taco pizza is soggy and had an off taste. The potato skins were greasy and salty. Happily, the quesadilla chicken salad is excellent, as are the chicken tacos and the queso dip. They get four stars because the service is iffy, sometimes slow, sometimes forgetful.

Wow. out of any Chili’s location, this one was easily my least favorite. We should have left when we walked in the door. It looks very nice and clean in there, but I’m wondering if it’s because of how many people leave after they step foot inside. We stood at the front waiting for someone to greet us for awhile… and waited… and waited. and just as I was getting ready to go to the bar to figure out who was actually working, a lady came up and seated us. I don’t know if we got there during the shift change or what, but wow… it was incredibly slow service! Our waitress was nice enough, but she messed up our order. There were only a few customers scattered throughout and it seemed as if the restaurant was just moving in slow motion. I think everyone got slow service. My drink was empty for a good majority of the time, and I was getting frustrated. There are several other restaurants over in this area, and given the choice I would probably not pick this location again.

I enjoy chili’s — my wife and I go here every once in a while for their ribs, which have always been pretty good. I’m not sure if I’ll be back after this past Saturday. Had a short wait, which is expected on a weekend. Once seated a waitress tells us she be with us once she drops off beverages for another table, some time goes by and another waitress stops by and says she will be our waitress, what would we like to drink. The original waitress sees this while waiting on another table and says she has us — I’m not sure but I think she was trying to take as many tables as possible. After some more time goes by I tell my wife we should have taken the second waitress. In the meantime I decide to explore this new device they have on the tables. It’s a small 7″ LCD with a card reader. We look it over, there is USA today, games, menus etc. We explore the games, play a bit. Finally our waitress comes by. We order and all is relatively well. Appetizer comes in a timely manner — entrees follow. My wife and I both ordered a half rack of ribs. Her rack was substantially larger than mine — which didn’t turn out to be an issue, as neither of us finished them — which is unusual, as we always polish off their ribs as they are fall off the bone good — not this time though, we had to fight to get the meat off the bone. We saw our waitress maybe once more, as she passed by to wait on another table and told me she’d refill my water — quite some time passes and she finally refills it. Next thing we know she is dropping off our check — wow — thanks for trying to push us out the door — I look at the check and what’s this«$.99ENTERTAINMENTFEE» I say something to the waitress and she says oh did you play a game, me yes, you didn’t notice the prompt notifying you of the $.99 fee? Nope — I didn’t see a thing — no way in hell I’d pay to play a game on their little device. She took it off, with an excuse that maybe it had been activated by the prior table and that was why I was being charged, yeah whatever — Anyway — we get our check back and then have to hunt her down to get a box to take home our tough ribs. All-in-all a not so enjoyable visit — combine the waitress who was too greedy to only take the tables she could handle, with the feeling of being forgotten and whisked out the door with a ploy to sneak a $.99 charge onto every ticket in the house and I will be very reluctant to return, which is a shame because we like their food. Here’s a thought chili’s — put a large warning label on the device letting people know they will be charged — I wonder how many people either don’t realize they have been charged or aren’t willing to challenged to stupid«ENTERTAINMENTFEE» —Shame on you chili’s.

Been here once and ordered take out twice. Our server was non existent and we had to ask a different server to help us more than once. My first takeout order was slow but fine. My second I ordered online and received my email confirmation but when I got to the store they had no record of my order so I had to reorder and wait there(which defeated my ordering online to not have to wait.) My food was hot, fresh, and tasty when I got it tho so stars for that! Just a few tweaks really and it would have been a 4 if not a 5.

I’m going to be honest here — Chili’s can’t get more than 3 stars in my book. It just can’t. I’m basing this on the fact that it’s a gimmicky chain complete with neon lighting and tex-mexicanish fare, which happens be to my least favorite cuisine on the plant. HOWEVER, the parentals love this place and offered to have me join them for dinner. The place was packed when I joined my parents and brothers at the bar. The family was munching on chips and salsa, which I passed on, but they were absolutely loving them. My Dad remarked on how fresh the chips tasted and enjoyed the salsa just as much. As someone who’s very conscious about what they eat, I had extremely limited offerings. The only thing not packed with carbs, cheese and just plain fat was the salmon that could be prepared without butter and served with veggies and brown rice. My parents had the fajitas which they’ve raved about for years. I swiped a piece of chicken while waiting for my salmon and yeah, it was tender and delicious. My salmon was okay. The outside was browned, which I don’t really like. The inside was a little dry and I could tell by the way it smelled it wasn’t super fresh. It also was served without a lemon. The veggies were steamed well, but the rice was covered in pepper. Somebody in the kitchen really likes their pepper. Now myself, not so much. The 3 stars comes from the service we received. Like I said, the place was packed but the bartenders were on top of it. Our drinks were always topped off, food was brought out in a timely fashion and they were very friendly. So, yeah, Chili’s you don’t really meet my needs but your employees definitely saved the day. And as with any appreciative child, if my parents are happy, I’m happy.
