Staff was very friendly. Room seemed old and worn although it was relatively clean. They also failed to clean my room. They said that I had my Do Not Disturb sign out… I did not. I didn’t even get an «I’m sorry».

Came for 2 nights. Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. I find that when you talk to people like they’re real people, you get better treatment. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Bathtub was dingy, but clean. Beds and pillows weren’t the mist comfortable, but firm where I prefer softer. Very convenient to pretty much everything as it’s right off the highway, but pretty quiet. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good value for the price paid. The room we stayed in was clean and the bathroom was properly stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and fairly cheap. Much better than the location by the airport, that is for certain. Only real downfall is it’s right by the interstate and was pretty loud.

Most of these reviews are fake and paid for, which is common these days. Mine is real. The Red Roof Inn on Camp Road was dirty. We stayed six nights and the bathroom was cleaned only our last day. Our infant required extra bathing and hand washing after crawling on the carpet. Wifi signal only worked by holding device near the window. I notified Red Roof Inn via email upon returning home and not a word. That is because they will get truthful reviews deleted and count on repeat customers by the fake reviews.

It may be a motel, but it gets 5 stars. Everything was fresh and clean, microwave, fridge and safe in room. 10% cheaper than comfort Inn before taxes.

Looked at reviews, before horseshow management put me here for Erie Fair – reviews fairly truthful. Called 800 # to give ADA #, only take reservations??? Hotel arrival/check in, help handled by Candice who was very good. So far so good – room was a walk – clean, smaller than my dining room. TV flat screen(OK), bed(OK), sheets & towels looked new(OK), shampoo packets(OK) now the bite no coffee maker(not OK), no hair dryer(not OK), no computer in lobby(not OK), no breakfast(not OK)-good restaurant next door doesn’t open til 11AM(not OK) my bill was about $ 100/night-for that price & w/frequent user discounts I could have been at Comfort Inn, next door, or others nearby w/those amenities–

Thank god a decent room after yesterday’s dive! Good: 1. Reservations over the phone were easy. 2. I could pay cash. 3. I requested and received a first level room. 4. Nice clean room. 5. Convenient plugs. 6. Free Wifi. 7. Free local and long distance calling, phone has speaker phone. Free fax(which I don’t need.) 8. Nice long counter at sink which sits outside the bathroom. 9. Heater works fine. 10. Hangers. 11. Has shampoo packets, soap. 12. Radio/Alarm Clock. 13. Two comfy pillows, comfy bed. 14. Looks like a very nice shower head. 15. I asked to borrow iron and they said they had one they could bring to me, and was very pleasant about it.(No extra charge.) 16. Safe in room. 17. And holy cow, I just saw a keyboard in the dresser drawer that said for TV only and had«web» buttons and stuff.(They asked me about movies but I don’t plan to watch any.) 18. I like the hardwood floor look in the bathroom, and the rounded shower curtain and shower handle looks normal and easy to adjust. 19. It’s off a main highway, but set back enough so you can’t hear traffic. Convenient(driving) to restaurants, etc. 20. They were okay with early check-in. Neutral: Kind of a bright red/royal blue pattern on the bedspread that makes you say ‘wow that’ bright” when you walk in. Interesting desk lamp. Not that any of that matters… just thought I’d mention it. Medium, typical sized tv. Decent position for viewing from bed. Small coffee station for coffee in the AM at the front desk. Instead of lights on end tables, there are two overhead lights over bed that are very bright.(Thinking dimmer would be nicer for reading.) There are no holes in wall at plumbing. I’m in room 11.(Not sure what room other poster was in.) Executive style wheely chair at desk. Kind of narrow desk, but fine for laptop and a couple piles of paper. Would have liked: In room coffee machine. They said $ 10 extra. But ADA compliant room online had coffee machine and fridge in room for the same price.(I didn’t mention that though.)(Was tempted to ask for ADA room since I am handicapped, but figured that would be cruel if I took it and someone else needed the bathroom/wheelchair accommodations.)(I bring instant everywhere anyhow.) I like to have coffee before I go out and have coffee… Well, I don’t need a table to eat on, but there’s not a table and chairs to eat on that a lot of rooms have. Their more expensive rooms that have fridge and microwave would have them I gather. I think I’m paying just under $ 120 for two nights which isn’t bad at all and it’s worth the price.(My Thursday rate was cheaper than the Friday rate.) I would definitely stay at a Red Roof Inn in the future if it’s available for the same price we got now. I recommend this Red Roof.

This was definitely a decent motel. We saw a coupon in a magazine in one of the NY thruway stops for this Red Roof Inn, called them, made a reservation, and it was just that easy. Our room was a little cold initially and also small, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it accomodated our needs. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, but since there weren’t any bugs, I didn’t care. This definitely did the job for our short eight-hour stay on the way home for the holidays.
