Lake Erie Towing and Recovery

Horrible customer service. They are never there even though they have business hours. They never show when you make an appointment and give you the run around. They will steal stuff from your car. All the change from the cup holder will be gone. CDs will be gone also. They will also go through the center console and glove compartment for stuff. They like to swear at you to get your car in front of little kids (our lawyer and insurance agent had to call n demand them to be at their place of business (which was during their says business hours) what a concept!) As my 6 year old got out the car the owner said «there’s your F-​n car get your $h!t «They don’t deserve a single star!

First and foremost, the address listed is wrong. Apparently this is the owners house and they used to do everything out if here. They’ve been located near Camp Rd. and Southwestern for a few years now.
My son and I were in an accident the night before Easter, and my car was totaled. Luckily everyone involved was okay. The Hamburg Village police called this guy to tow my car.
I assumed I couldn’t get it out on the holiday, however he tried to play games to keep it in storage longer and collect the fees; which were never stated when he picked up and towed the car. Then he tried to get me to pay the $ 300+ bill off by giving him the title to the car and an extra $ 100. After telling him it wasn’t happening in more colorful words, we made an arrangement to get it out of there at 8am the next day. He never showed at 8am, and when I called, he said we never set a time. He showed up at 9:15am, still trying to get the car for the title and $ 100. I paid him, and got the car out of there.
