Koz’s Pizza of Hamburg

They have a soup and salad bar… which I just tried for the first time. It was excellent, they had «taco» soup which was awesome. The soup/​salad bar is advertised as 99 cents after 4pm with the purchase of a meal. After receiving my bill — i see we were charged full price. I asked our waitress– and she said sorry but it was 3:55 when we ordered. REALLY ???
They just lost my business, ridiculous they couldn’t give us the deal. We will go somewhere else. This really made me mad. They must really need that extra $ 5 !
That’s okay… I took it out of her tip.
We got double order wings/​mozz sticks/​cannoli to go.
Food average — cannoli made with pure ricotta cheese, was completely melted after a 5 minute ride home.

Terrible service. Go elsewhere for better service.
Picked up wings and they were not seasoned. Brought them backed and the person working insisted they were done properly. They refused to make new ones or give a refund.

We love the pizza logs we get combo 3 usually… our server KP is amazing but there is another server cheyanne and she’s sociallly awkward she cannot handle the few tables they get she gets overwhellmed easily she always asks if I want lemon in my water and I always respond no but she always puts a lemon. One time we asked for an extra blue cheese which was small and we wouldn’t have been able too split between the two of us it’s barely enough for me she responded very loudly I’m charging you 65 cents normally you would say oh that will be an additional charge or you just don’t say anything she’s very scary over all foods good we don’t like to come in when cheyannes there if we didn’t have such bad service by her the rating would be higher

One of the better pizza and wings places in the southtowns. Portions and prices are somewhat reasonable, and I haven’t had a bad experience with anything I’ve ordered from Koz’s in the couple of years I’ve been going there.
I’ve even ordered large quantities for parties and other functions, and have not been disappointed with their attention to detail.
My only criticism would be for them to do better with their everyday specials, and offer more affordable pricing for them. It wouldn’t hurt to implement a customer loyalty program as well.
Bottom line is that all food is of great quality, and their pizza sauce is one of the better ones in the area.

I have been here before and liked it however I will not go back agin. My daughter and I were in town and we stopped to get a menu so we would be sure of the hours and she just wanted to see what was good… We went over from the hotel to order and sit and have an appetizer while waiting for our order… The menu said closes at 10 pm we got there at 8:50 And we were to they were closed. The lady behind the counter was flat and rude. I informed her it wasn’t 10. She informed me «winter hours». And they close at 9. I informed her it was not 9. And she barked back we close at 9… she could not be bothered, for this reason I will not go back!

I loved the wings, the pizza on the other hand… I have had two pizzas here one week apart. I would consider them 2 out of 10. I have had pizza in the main areas of the pizza world, Chicago, NY and Psycho Sue’s Motor Lounge and this pizza is not good compared to the best.

I Love Koz’s! I have yet to order anything from their menu that I’m completely disappointed with… the atmosphere is great for a smaller place — the pictures on the walls are fabulous; they are accommodating if your group won’t fit in a booth or at any current table arrangement; and ice cold beer with your food, who can complain?

Great pizza… but more importantly, EXCELLENT wings. You absolutely HAVE to have the Buffalo Roasters. They’re mammoth breaded wings that are just amazing!
