I got a mani and pedi 2 days ago. My nails are misshapened, the polish is already chipping, and the lady that did my mani and pedi was rude. This was the first time I had a service here and I can tell you it will be my last!

Not only did they rip my acrylics, along with most of my nail, off they did an awful job of putting a new set on. Unfortunate several were crooked and misshapen and the entire time my nails were burning because of how little nail was left and whatever primer they used stung so bad I was holding back tears. Too pricy for that much pain and not even a good end result.

I have been looking for a good nail salon in Hamburg for awhile now. Once I started going here I was so happy for a few reasons.
1) There are no children. When I go to get my nails done I am trying to just relax. I do not want the employee’s little children running around.
2) Henry is amazing at doing my nails. I have got a gel mani and a pedi from him and both were equally as great.
